I was very impressed by 2 employees at this store. Especially a young man named Aric. He was walking past and I took him from what he was doing to ask for information. Not only did he give me his full attention, he was very friendly and helpful and even rang up my sale! Hope Office Depot knows what a great asset he is to them! Price match was great, too.

It's just an Office Depot, but I got excellent customer service from Sam. I am unnecessarily selective about the pens I write with. For no good reason, I have rudimentary handwriting and haven't used cursive since I was in the 3rd grade. Sam was surprisingly insightful about pens. When Office Depot didn't have what I was looking for she looked it up and referred me to a different store for it. Kind of a Miracle on 34th Street moment.

Why is Office Depot so expensive??? You can find so many things for much cheaper at other places or online. Printing services are such a pain the employees are lazy and seem like they don't even want to work. I don't blame them though because they are only getting minimum wage. But as a customer who just wants their printing done, IT'S SUCH A PAIN.
