Had the cubed beef chimichanga dinner. It was good. Bought a pink cookie. Was dry and tasteless. Their guacamole is also good.

Post COVID, prices are up, but where aren't they? Still good, quality food in a home-y atmosphere.

Has been about 5+ years since I have been in the restaurant to enjoy a meal, just went this past Saturday. When we got there it was just us & 2 other tables. By the time we left, around 7pm, they were cars pulling up every other minute. Tony was our server, very kind young man. He deserves all the good credit, he was 1 of 2 people there & he still worked hard. Very pleased with this experience, bean tostada's & cubed beef quesadillas are what we ordered. 10/10 on flavor‼️

Maria's Food Truck catered our son's graduation party. The food was awesome and the guests loved it. The communication was above and beyond. They were on time and delivered everything as promised. We would gladly have them back for our next open house.

I was at The Tri-City Brewing Company last Tuesday and Maria's food truck was there. I wasn't hungry so I didn't make an order. Later as they were about to close, they brought in a dozen tamales for the TCB staff. I love tamales and didn't realize they were on the menu. So I asked if they had more. I bought the last two dozen. They were delicious. I shared with my friends at TCB, and took some home to my wife. We all agreed. VERY delicious, some of the best. So Thank-you for the great food.

Thank you Maria's for saving us last minute. Needed 60 tortillas. Maria's staff were pleasant and awesome. Not only did they accommodate us but at a very reasonable price and the tortillas were GREAT. Thanks again Maria's staff.

Tamales are dry with no flavor, carne asada had no flavor, rice and beans had no flavor. I also highly recommend never eating at their food truck. I had the chance to experience their food truck during walleye festival I had ordered my food they gave my boyfriend his six tacos then continued to take multiple orders all while forgetting to even start my carne asada tacos. I waited for 35 minutes to get my carne asada tacos. While watching 10+ people get their food all of which had ordered after me.$50 wasted

I'm disappointed. I've been to Maria's in the past, but I wasn't satisfied with my visit today. First of all, I called my order in and I was told it would be 25 minutes. Took 37, which I really didn't have a problem with. In the past Maria's would give you chips and salsa with your order. I didn't get any. I asked about it and was told they don't do that. No explanation. I've been to many Mexican restaurants around the Tri-Cities, other towns, and states. They always give salsa and chips. The charged me the same price as they do. I asked for a small side of Queso cheese dip. I would have even paid for it. The answer was NO. They wanted me to buy the large. Didn't need that much...went home and ate my dinner. The food was good. No problem. I guess everybody has a bad day, sometimes.
