I know they’re remodeling, are their phones disconnected? I’ve called and let it ring 13 times, only for them to pick up and hang up the phone. Been calling since 6 pm tonight. It’s 6:40 pm (Monday, sept 19). But that’s ok….:it takes them longer to pick up the phone and hang up on me because I’ll keep calling every time they hang up….just for a simple question!! I have nothing but time! They need management there to do their jobs! No wonder they are always hiring. Do they treat the employees as bad as customers???

This took place a few years back, the manager mentioned here is most likely no longer working at this location. After getting every order wrong over a period of several visits I finally decided to bring it to their attention. I pretty much got called an a$$hole by the manager for calling them out on their inability to get an order right. Needless to say I haven't been to a Taco Bell since. All Taco Bell's have lost my business due to that one manager.

This place is not a good place to go my husband just went for a interview then orientation n this place he said is not clean. They don't wear hair nets or bear nets n don't wear gloves. He said while we was in there that he was sliding all over the place. I can't remember who did his orientation but he said she didn't help him fill anything out when he needed help. They lost my service not only cause of this but they don't get our orders right and never listen.

Really nice staff but their drive thru line is ridiculously slow during rush hour.

I can't believe this location is still operational. But I can fully understand why they are constantly hiring. Today was the last straw, not only did they forget half of my door dash order, but what they did send wasn't even prepared correctly. They are the only location that consistently "runs out of product". Management doesn't seem to care when orders are made incorrectly. If there is any type of "compensation", it's a "free taco". Just what I want to replace a $30+ order, a free $1.79 salad in a tortilla.

Service wasn't so great. Went inside and ordered, waited 20 minutes had to go back to the counter and ask for my food. I will say it was very quick and they did give a couple coupons and a cinnamon twist for the time it took. Everyone was very kind. The bathrooms need minor up keep things. The door stuck open and the air was absolutely freezing in there.

The last 2 times I’ve been here I’ve had Extremely thin crunchwraps with no meat and just lettuce! Bad service 😒

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, spent $42 just to get half my order. Went back to get the rest of my food just to have the Manger call the police on me and my family. The police made them make the rest of my food. But by the time I got my food an was finished with the police my food was cold. From what the officer said they didn't even have the food made an had to make it. So they had no intention of giving me my full order.

I believe there's new management now and everything has been running smoother. Staff are all friendly and haven't had an issue with anyone being rude. It's one of the only Taco Bell's within miles, so they're always busy. Expect, on average, a longer wait time due to lack of workers if you go during the busier times. Great food prepared well. I'm pleased with the new management!
