Its a very reliable retail auto parts store. Most the times they'll have parts in stock for my classic cars. Makes things run smoother if you dont have to order parts and wait for them. The loaner tool is also very convient at times. Good services all around.

Wouldn't go there if I didn't have a commercial account. The employees I know are good but these new guys are rude and need to be gone. They're losing my business. Needed a stick of break lines yesterday I needed to see so I knew what length I needed well needless to say I left and went elsewhere because the little punk they have working there wouldn't allow me to see that and I needed two fittings. Time before that was ordering a harmonic balancer never used my commercial account and was just rude as all get out. Definitely would recommend not dealing with the younger guys because they're not professional and don't listen to the exact things the customers need. I'd rather deal with Brandon or John or the young lady who works there. These people are ruining the business they get by treating people like dirt because they can't handle their everyday job or dealing with the general population. Definitely need to change things around. Overall I've been doing business there for many years and slowly about to lose my business and about to pull the account through them!!!

Very friendly and there is never an issue taking something back that you didn't need. If you use your card for purchases and need to return something they return the money to the account. Another good thing about this place is they have a ton of inventory so you can normally go in and find exactly what you need and leave with it.

Only leaving a 5 star review to tick off Jacqueline thompson because I saw her review and I'm not a fan of people who try to talk bad about places that don't act like the world revolves around them. So good job AutoZone and get a life Jacqueline.

I went there today because I bought a new car today and wanted to get things to protect the interior of then vehicle. I choose this place because I have always had wonderful experiences but today was a different story. I wasn’t greeted by anyone and as a new car owner I had a lot of questions. One staff member was busy making jokes with a loyal customer and the others ignored me. When I was finally rudely asking if I was ready to check out ( I was waiting close to the front patiently not wanting to be rude and interrupt ), when I asked for advice I good minimal answers in return leaving me pretty frustrated. I plan on giving this place a second chance because this is the only time I have experienced this. The staff in the morning are much more friendly and helpful. It is a shame because I prefer this place over other competitors. By the way not one person bothered to move from the register to help me in the aisle where I was willing to pay top dollar for the best products available.
