We had been looking around for a new vehicle and was recommended to Bell Wasik by a friend. Brian helped us get into a truck that was right for us and the process was smooth and efficient. They found us our best finance option, and, I didn't catch the young lady's name, but she was super friendly and great at entertaining our 3-year-old during the process. I can't tell you enough thanks for that! ALSO, received the license plate and registration within a week, which in previous experiences of car buying, I have had to chase down at times. Great experience!

Our salesman was nice, but he needed a sale. The finance person was rude and short tempered. We were only given one fob with a “maybe we can get you another” The car was not detailed as promised and overall a very disappointing experience. We wish we had backed out of the deal. More problems occurred after we had the car for a month. The one fob quit working and they wanted to charge us for a new one. Eventually a really nice guy David- in service made it right. He knew what we were dealing with was just wrong.

Came in for a oil change and it was busy that day and I still got my oil change in a fast manner along I will say for the first time someone check my air filter so if there’s a new person in charge of the quick lube is doing a great job

Bell Wasik really isn’t my favorite place. I decided to seek them out because their radio add says they work with people who NEED cars and we NEEDED one. I spoke to someone on the phone and explained my situation. I was told I would get approved for a car and that they had cheaper cars and were willing to work with us. We drove an hour to get there only to sit for 4 hours only to get denied. We sat by ourselves for longer than we were with someone. We got shoved to the back of the line after we told them we weren’t looking for an expensive car. Our sales rep was very unprofessional with us and got offended because we were respectful and called him sir. If I had known what would have happened when we got there, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Disappointed…
