I brought my vehicle in to the service department because I've had issues with traction on dry roads, I needed an alignment and a tire rotation. I had an appt at 7:45, the service department called at 8 to make sure they knew what was wrong. At 1 I had to call to check on the status, I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong, the rotation and inspection were completed and all that was left was an alignment. I show up at 4 to pick it up only to be told that they weren't done with it. I finally got my vehicle back at 440, paid 211 dollars. Upon arriving home after driving through several towns (still experiencing the issue I brought it in for) I noticed that there was a lug nut missing!!!!! I was able to get in contact with the service manager, I will be getting a refund and he really is trying to make this right. But I will be very hesitant to return as this was a very big safety issue. Also, when I was looking at the missing lug nut and looking at the tires, every single one of them has a bald spot going down the middle. One would certainly think that this would be the cause of my stability issue?? Also, if the tires were rotated the tech never even so much as glanced at the tires? If things were inspected correctly how was this also missed? No matter how they fix these issues I would be very nervous to go back.

I can always rely on them to fix my issues and good customer service. But I had an appointment at 730am for an oil change and they put my truck on the back burner. I went to pick up at 1030am and had to wait another half hour to check out. Very disappointed this time around

Checked in quick. 2 hour wait (not bad for the work done). Alignment was to be checked then I was supposed to be informed of nesesity and price.i wasnt informed. No explanation of work done or what charges on bill were for. young lady at check out didn't know. Car wash was offered and itemized on bill but not given. Waiting area is nice.

The dealership was awesome to work with during a hard time. Braydon Kinney was helpful and super informative when hearing my issues and needs for a car asap. The dealership was clean and friendly and overall all good vibes. It was a great experience during a very stressful time.

I'm from NY and experienced a breakdown nearby. I called 3 other repair places and they all told me they were booked for a week or more. McDonald told me to bring it in. Within a few hours I was back on the road again! And the repair was professional and very reasonable. Very highly recommended!

I have been to 3 dealerships and this service department is the kindest. Shout out to Ken and the Spanish gentlemen as well. They were very friendly and professional. They looked into my concerns and took the time to go for a test drive. Every GM dealership needs staff like them.

Was sold gap insurance with a vehicle I purchased, took multiple phone calls and multiple gallons of gas showing up in person to get a refund on the remaining balance when I traded it it elsewhere. Buyer beware, avoid this place, and don't get the gap insurance. Contact your personal car insurance provider and you can get it for less, and not get a run around.
