Great service, very quick repair, got the screen of my (personal and work phone) Galaxy S10 replaced same day on a work day, i work pretty close to this place so i dropped it off during my lunch hour and picked it up after work (1 1/2 hour fix) looks like i pulled it brand new out of the box. Replaced the screen and the glass back (400$ fix) and only charged me 300$ for it, great people and great service, cannot recommend more especially if you need your phone fixed FAST.

I do not recommend shopping here. I came her once for a screen led repair and 3 days later the screen he replaced broke. He was okay to repair it after the screen broke 3 days later for free but then it broke again, he fixed it again. It broke again, trust me, I did not drop it or break it, there is no cracks on the screen or any damage I visited again and he said I needed to pay $80 for it because it was “physical damage”. It seems like bad quality screens and him repairing it just for it to break and him to get more money. I would highly recommend going to a different place and save you the money, gas and time. Do not let the other good reviews fool you

Both my business and Cell Phone Pro Repair have a mutual parts supplier (a very reputable and high quality parts supplier) and some very expensive devices we ordered from this supplier went missing. It turned out that they got shipped to Cell Phone Pro Repair by accident. They did the right thing and notified the parts supplier, and then facilitated getting them shipped directly to us. Their honesty and professionalism is greatly appreciated.

My phone screen was unresponsive and had that terrible glitching phantom touch. I have an iPhone X. I called an hour before closing and he gave me the price quote for two different screens letting me choose which I’m more comfortable paying. He was accommodating and fast. Took him only 20 minutes! It’s a drive through which I learned the funny way by parking and walking out of my car and up to the window and he didn’t mention anything until the end 😂😅 he was so nice. Definitely recommend him! A fair affordable fix too.

I have taken several phones here and the owner is always gracious and can fix anything!! My daughters phone has been completely shattered on the back twice now and it looks completely like a new phone when he is done!! I highly recommend this place. He is honest and quick and understands how important our phones are to us!!! Thank you!!
