Excellent MetroPCS location. Aima is awesome! If you need tech support or suggestions on what new phone is right for you she is the one to go see. My brother and I are very happy with our new phones and we hope we can find Aima when it's time to upgrade again! Thanks Aima!

The owner of this store also owns the store on Fulton and Alta Arden. I came in for another tablet as my 6 year old had broken the screen of his other. They had a really hard time deciding what the price was for the tablet and then informed me that it would be $188.00. I agreed that if that was the price that is what I'd pay. I paid the price and then asked why they didn't have to do all of the activation steps. They explained that they replaced the other tablet using the same number. I explained that I wanted to add the tablet because if I repaired the other I didn't want to pay the $50.00 activation they said it would cost. Service is only $10/mo. They called the owner who said he would not do that and that he could just refund my money because he won't make anything on the sale if he does that. Then they spoke with someone else who said that if they reversed the sale and did it the way I wanted they would charge my card another $188.00 if I canceled within a month. I left and went to an actual corporate store (not a shady reseller). The tablet was $90.00 at the corporate store if I added it to services I already had. I also received a $50.00 prepaid card making it only $40.00. No wonder they didn't want to do it the way I asked. THESE STORES ARE SHADY! GO TO A CORPORATE STORE IT'S A WHOLE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE.

In town temporarily and they were able to get me hooked up with a sim card and got me up and running pretty quick. Staff knowledgeable and very helpful. Can't say getting up and running with a temporary (one month) sim is value for money however.

Horrible service. I went in to this location on 01/30/18 to pay my bill. I asked if I was eligible for an upgrade she said yes. I picked the phone I wanted. I already had an LG Stylo 3 plus so I asked her if she could take my SD card out of that phone and put it in my new one she said it wouldn't be a problem. She rang me up and activated my new phone. As she was getting it ready she pulled a glass screen protector off the shelf and started to put it on my phone. I asked her what she was doing and she said that they recommend that I get a case and screen protector. She asked me if I found a case that I liked I said no and also told her I didn't want the screen protector either. She got an attitude and threw my new phone at me and told me to have a nice day. As I was walking out of the store I noticed she didn't take my SD card out of my other phone and put it in my new one. So I walked back in the store and kindly reminded her and she got an attitude and forcefully took my SD card out of my old phone and forcefully put it in my new phone. When done she didn't even acknowledge that I said thank you and to have a nice day.

I have been to other Metro stores and this store by far beat all the rest. Customer service is A+., I have had to come and get help a few times since buying the phone and joining your phone service. Leo , Diana ,Lucia are the greatest. They are to be highly commended for making the customer feel important and glad we are their for their help. Can't say enough about this crew.

Compared to many of the other Metro PCS stores in Sacramento this one is quite good. The employees there are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I was helped by Diana, I believe she is the store owner or manager, whatever the case she seemed to be the one running the show there. She thoroughly explains every detail of the terms and contracts when it came to buying a phone and the accessories as well. If you do stop by this branch I truly recommend asking for Diana.

Stopped by this Metro PCs location on my way to work to pick up a new phone and activate service. I already looked at plans and phones online, so I knew I wanted either the LG F6 or the Lg F60. The only person working there, Lucia, informed me they had discontinued the F6. So that made my decision easy. The LG F60 was $49.99 and I wanted the $40 rate plan. After no further discussion she rang me up and told me my total was $153. This math did not add up to me. I asked why it was so expensive. She told me she added on a $20 glass screen protector and a $12 phone cover. She said it was a bundle deal because they do not like to offer insurance, and if the phone even has a scratch, the warranty is voided. After her pushing the sale for a few minutes, I finally got her to take off the accessories. The total then was $120. This was still a little high and I asked if there was an activation fee. She said no but for the first month of service, you have to get the $60 rate plan because they like to track how much data you are using and after that I can downgrade to the $40. I was running out of time so I just said ok. When she handed me the paper to sign, she said she signed me up for the $50 rate plan and with this I get $10 rhapsody. I was confused but in a hurry, so I just signed. after work I researched and out what she had said was not true. I called today and ask if she could refund me the over charges. She said she could not. And said that everything she had said was true. I asked when her supervisor would be in, she said she did not know and that he only comes in 3 months out of the year. I asked for his phone number and she YELLED at me saying there was no reason for me to contact her boss. I asked her to stop screaming at me and she hung up. I do not know what to do since the customer service number told me refunds have to be handled in store and the other locations told me it has to the location of purchase. But she is the only one ever working. Do I have to stop by there everyday to see if her manager is there? And by that time the 7 days allowable for a return will pass.
