I took my Pixel 6 Pro in for a screen replacement and honestly I don't regret it. I'm new to Sacramento so after a Google search I decided to go here and their work is beyond great! Screen replaced at an affordable price and their service goes above and beyond. I can truly recommend this place and glad I found a trustworthy cell phone repair shop.

Fast & Friendly! My iPhone was having software issues that kept in a cycle of restarting only to the Apple logo. The phone failed to update or restore through my computer at home. It was a happy misfortune that the Apple store was closed because I found this place. The woman working seemed to immediately know the cause. Not only did she fix my phone at a reasonable price, but she even kept the store open later so I could have it back that same day (since I showed up 10 minutes before closing hours). Skip the wait at the genius bar and bring your device here instead. It's the only place I will go for any future "gadget" issues!

I called last minute (25mins before closing) for a screen replacement on my iPhone 11 didn’t arrive until about 10mins. before closing they were super welcoming and professional, very nice people. He went to work immediately on my phone and had it fixed within approx. 15mins and also provided me with a free screen protector on top of the discount on my new phone case. I’ll definitely be back for any and all phone repairs.

Wonderful service! No nonsense, quick and efficient with reasonable rates. Inadvertently discovered Fix My Gadget tonight 10 mins before its closing as I walked into WinCo. The store caught the corner of my eye in the Country Club Plaza Mall given I had my nonfunctioning cell phone sitting in my car. Staff was welcoming and graciously allowed me to walk back to my car and grab it so they could have a quick look at it. I was sure the phone crashed and that I’d have to buy a new one. As it turned out it just needed a new battery. Within a few minutes they had my phone working again. Instead of telling me to come back tomorrow they chose to honor my predicament. Highly recommend this place especially if in a bind. Thank you!

I went here to fix my IPhone 6s and the amount of time it took was so long. I would expect the phone to work properly since it took 2 weeks but it’s worse then what I had before. I wasted $200 for something that didn’t even work properly. I went back to fix my phone again and it has now been like 2 months and they say that my phone has been lost and only the owner knows were it is. I have gone there when the owner was there and he told me it wasn’t ready yet. Even though I went back there 1 month after I left my phone there. I do not have a receipt for the last time I dropped it off because it is supposed to be free but I do have one for the first time I dropped it off

Was visiting family in the Sacramento area and I decided to stop in here to get a case for my new iPhone 13. First off - HUGE selection. You want fancy looking? Indestructible? Low profile? Customizable? With wallet? That and more, they have it. Mohammed showed me about 5-6 cases and I picked one. He then showed me the super nice screen protector which he had on his personal phone, which I purchased also. Mohammed then put on the case and protector for me - much better than trying to smooth out all those bubbles myself. He was very thorough and explained the store’s generous replacement/exchange policy. I mentioned I was from out of town so he took $10 off the protection plan for the screen protector. We then struck up a conversation - turns out he had actually traveled for work to the small town in upstate NY where I also have family! Small world indeed. In short - super thorough and friendly service, decent prices and huge selection. I wish I lived closer so I could come in here more often!

Bought a charger there and I didn't need it. Went to take it back in less than an hour and was told no refunds. Wasn't informed of that in the beginning. Overpriced for a charger and the cord. It was $ 40.00 out the door. The owner brought her kids in which is OK. But the boy was crying and screaming she made no attempt to calm him down.. not a good place. They lost a good customer and I will spread the word.

I got the back of my phone fixed and the lady from fix my gadget refused to fix the up volume button even though it worked before they were given my phone. Showing there service is unreliable, and told me to wait to 2 hours for the boss which she stated as a “he” also stating that they lied online about being woman’s owned, they’re just woman worked. especially as she says the guy (boss) doesn’t come til 7:30 which is only two hours and 30 minutes of the store hours. Any other time they are good but now they’re refusing to own up to their mistakes and fix what the broke.

This is a business that really cares! Saba (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name) was extremely helpful when it came to getting my phone screen repaired! She went above and beyond for me and didn’t try to charge extra. It was amazing to see because you could tell that she really just wanted to help and make sure I was satisfied. I’m definitely recommending everyone I know to this place to fix any of their stuff!
