Definitely not happy with this location. Most of the staff is wonderful but management is beyond ridiculous. Fountain drinks have been out of order for weeks, and it's SUMMER...a time when people want cold refreshing drinks! There has been so many people complaining and are losing patience over it not being fixed. Many of them pay a monthly fee for Circle K's drink club and management doesn't seem to care.

This place has been nothing but great. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and in a time when no on e seems happy with their job and service continues to decline Circle K has stepped it up and rose above the rest. I really appreciate the consistently friendly service. Always a pleasure to come here.

Some really rude and impatient staff. Most of the staff are really nice except for a black lady who is impatient and yells at customers. This review is about her. She has raised her voice at me at least three times for things that is probably because she doesn't know what she is doing. For instance, two incidents where I go up to register and simply tell her I have the drink subscription so she can trigger the touch screen for me to enter my number, and although she seems to be just standing there doing nothing she barks at me, "wait a minute!". Then one time the card reader had a malfunction. I pressed the wrong button originally but then the reader says 'card read fail' when trying again. While I am waiting for the reader to reset so I can reinsert my card, she starts barking, "USA debit, sir!", over and over again quickly and each time getting louder and more rude until she is basically yelling at me. She is screaming at me as if I am the hold up but it seems she doesn't know what is going on. I don't know why she is yelling because the the card reader isn't even to that prompt yet. I was about to get all the people in line behind me to look at the reader and show them how dumb she is for tripping and yelling. Then another time she rung up the wrong price because she didn't look at the package which had a clearance price marked on it. She is why I usually go to the 76 station across the street now. But my group of buddies are now recording their interactions with her for content in the YouTube channel. Go shop somewhere else. Avoid her.

Dont buy tobacco products from here. price is good but backwood is dry and stale. Every single backwood in the pack also had holes and non-usable. Really dissatisfied.

3 registers in there yet there is always one person running a register. Expect to wait forever in line since no one in there has a sense of urgency. I’ve walked out there at least 3 times cause the line is so long. Get more people on registers. We’re in Cali. We sit and wait everywhere. We don’t need to age in your store.

As many other reviewers have noted - this place depends on the people or person working there. If they are cool, it is great. If they are not good, it sucks. Completely a week-day driven place, kinda deserted on the week ends. Seems to be responding to the local university kids more than anything else.

I'm giving one star because I can't give a zero. I always come here and I've always had good service, until today: when I went to pay for my coffee the cashier started asking me questions regarding my coffee and she began patronizing me because I picked the wrong cup for my type of coffee. She was rude and all she told me was "Next time pick the right coffee". I hope next time, the manager hires better people for costumer service.

Bad ratings on Saturdays only! Bad service, zombie ppl, bad vibes! Mon thru Friday its frkn great! Clean, great greetings, service is awsome, helpful, just nice feeling when you walk in.
