What a crappy place, pumps are so old and barely work, an indian clerk's accent is so not understandable, yet he's so impatient, never go there again.

Excellent gas, snacks, potty's and people. Employees are very kind and polite mechanic is very good, honest with there prices. Bathrooms clean, big variety of snack foods just about anything you could want for a trip or just everyday.

They need to fix the machine so it gives you your receipt at the pump ⛽. Not have to go inside every time.

DO NOT let them touch your car. They will lie to you and try to scam you. My biggest mistake was trusting then with my car, I regretted it almost immediately. Let me explain: I needed my passenger side cv axle replaced. I purchased a brand-new axle from AutoZone, and double-checked that it was correct according to their database. I brought my car and the axle to J R Shell, where Ray offered a special deal where I could get one of their brand-new, high-quality axles. I declined, and asked them to use mine. Later that day, they called to tell me that the one I purchased would not fit, but they would get one off their own. I didn't have time or transport to verify it, so authorized them to do so, and insisted on the original price. About one week and 500 miles later, the problem returned. I took my car to a much better mechanic, and was told that the cv axle was defective. They installed one that I purchased from AutoZone with no problems. When I took the defective axle back to Shell, they refused to admit it was bad, despite very clear evidence that it was. Finally, after a lot of arguing and legwork, they agreed to give me a refund on the part, but not the labor. It was as good as I could expect, so took the check. In summary: J R Shell are liars and cheaters, do not trust them with your car.
