Went on a big family trip to Buffalo and needed a large van for all 13 of us. This place had great comfortable and clean vans. Made the trip a pleasure. It was easy to book, pick up and drop off the van. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The value was in every part of our experience.

My wife and I used this company last year to rent a 15 passenger van and let me just say this WE ARE renting from them again this year!! That says a lot about the company. The vans are in GREAT shape we had no problems and we received the BEST customer service from the time we picked up the van until the day we returned it!! If you are looking to rent a van PLEASE look no further you have found the right place!! Can’t wait to rent from you guys again next month!!!!

This company is not like enterprise or other reputable companies out there. The van I received was just unbelievable. Inspection was expired like 8 months ago. When I got into the car it was dirty as hell. I had to request it to clean it. Also, there were errors on the dashboard about some sensors that were not working. I complained about that but they said they don't have anything else to switch it to at that point, So I had no other choice . So UNPROFESSIONAL.

Pickup was as easy as any other rental, and the staff had good COVID precautions in place (masks, distancing, a different pen for each customer, etc.) The van's cab was clean and appeared to be well-sanitized. The after hours return went without a hitch. I would gladly rent from Value again!
