I shop here a lot, and I keep coming back. Very helpful techs and salespeople! Good customer service.

Wow, such a bad experience I actually am posting a Google review about it. Where to begin? I’m in line for 45 minutes. When I get to the front guy says I have to get out of line to get into a new line. New line…waiting 20 minutes tells me to go get item. I get back into line again. Best Buy goes back on the service agreement on my screen protector and won’t install even though that’s what I paid for and what the agreement was. Antiquated business model no wonder they are going bankrupt

After we had the worst experience at Brentwood Best Buy, where they'd rather talk to each other than customers...... we took off to the Best Buy on Charlotte Pike. (I actually called that store while waiting for help & they were so informative, it gave me hope.) The, Best. Kahlia actually approached us to help, was super knowledgeable and pleasant. Moral to the story. Its the workers who make the store & who make (or lose) the sale!!

They are so unfortunately understaffed. A man from computers helped me look for what i needed but couldn't help me further as it was locked. No cashiers, check out at customer service. Cashier had to come see what i needed, take 20 min to get it from stock while the line piled up, and was confused with the pricing. Saw several people leave without their intended purchase. I stayed because i really needed the item.

Not the greatest experience in the world. Shelves looked unusually empty as if stock hasn't been replenished in a while and staff were a little scarce. Came for a GPS holding device to use on my windscreen but no stock.

I stopped by to get a wifi repeater because I was in the area. They wanted 130 for one. I found a tp link repeater on Amazon for 23 bucks and got it next day. Best Buy is so anti consumer and so trash.

Standard Best Buy. Limited stock, and a trend I’ve noticed the last year or two is that the stores are barely stocked. So for those of us travelling looking for specific items, Best Buy is generally a good place to start, but more often than not, a trip to target has a better success rate. My bet is that stores like this are banking on people ordering online instead of having to buy things last minute for work, where online ordering just isn’t an option. HOWEVER. This particular location actually had what I was looking for!! And the staff was really helpful and friendly, checkout was a breeze and all in all a pleasant experience. The stock was low, as in most physical Best Buy locations around the country, a small compromise was made on my part, but ultimately I’m very happy with my visit!

Ira just finished helping us buy a new TV and sound system. The store was pretty busy and he juggled multiple customers with care and kindness. He’s was super knowledgeable about the products and store sales which made this purchase easy and enjoyable. Thank you!!

Shout out to Jacob and Mark! I went into the store 15 minutes before closing time. I went to the customer service desk and showed another employee what I was looking for he immediately said out of stock I ask if he had anything similar to that he said no. Jacob and Mark step in and found another similar that was in stock and then the cord I needed was out of stock and Mark step in and said this is what it looks like but we are out of stock so I ask can I buy this one and it belongs to the Geek Squad so no then Mark said let her have this one as it would cost her more money in gas to go to another store. They both went above and beyond to make the sale happen and to make me the customer happy. That is true customer service.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND RUN— I would leave 0 stars if I could. Bought an expensive brand new 55” smart tv, broken when we got it. We had purchased the protection plan so we weren’t worried. But let me tell ya it’s worthless!!! They don’t explain the loopholes they have in place to get out of following through on the warranty. After 2 hours of being passed back and forth between customer service lines on a phone call, I went into the brick and mortar location (this location) and they *happily* told me there was nothing they could do. “We used to replace TVs but people abused it so we took it away” — To me, that sounds like it’s not my problem as the customer. Incompetence all around. When pitching the geek squad protection plan they failed to say they have to mount the TV themselves or the warranty is worthless. But come to find out, even if you had Geeksquad mount it — “it still probably wouldn’t have got you a new tv” (in Matthew’s *from Geek Squad team at this location* words)
