Would of been nice to know that electronics closes at 9pm instead of 11pm like the rest of the store. Also would of been nice to have a selection of men's coats!! #Thanks Jeffrey. He's the only reason I even gave 2 stars! Cool dude!

Tried calling several times to assist in reporting a card fraud which was used here. Already reported to my bank but trying to give them a heads up as well but no answers. I’m sure this is a known thing that fraudulent cards are used here repeatedly based off of the other reviews, and the one employee in electronics that answered and “I’ll go get a manager for you to speak with” which he then hung up

All new Walmart employees were polite and generous and have always showed me respect every time I've been there and yesterday was no different and I truly appreciate their time. If I had to change anything about my experience it would just be the amount of registers that take cash via self checkout as opposed to the ones that only take card. I think that each machine should all do both.

This has to be one of the worst Walmart I see the tires shop every week have new people don’t know anything My tires have warranty and I not get covered I drive 8000 miles the tires going like this so bad quality insurance not covered nothing Always no people help you

Nobody at the customer service counter. Been standing here for 20 minutes while employees just walk on by and nobody comes over. Several other customers say the same thing, nobody has been over here to help in so long The lights are off and it's as if it's literally abandoned over here.

I hardly ever go to this location because it's small and in the past I could not find what's on my shopping list. However, this visit was a better experience shelves, produce, and other areas of the store were either already stocked or the associates were restocking, this allowed for a better experience and the opportunity to get items on my shopping list. Also, the store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very rude service from 3 people when my husband asked for photo paper. Laughing at him about it! Telling him he would have to find it because they were to busy standing there not doing nothing but laughing and not doing their jobs by helping people find what they need. Very inconsiderate of them. If I could do zero stars I would. If they can't help people why be in customer service.

The department head of electronics is a rude angry older gentleman who does not care about the customer. He was unfriendly and unhelpful. Rather than listening to the associate that was trying to assist me he ignored her and shut down my inquiry and plea for assistance. He brushed me off and told me there was nothing he could do without even trying or looking into options or alternatives. I work in customer service management and personally I would hate to have employees who push away business. That’s a fail on Walmart’s behalf. Now I’m at another Walmart and the assistance I seeked on Powell Ave is being addressed and assisted on here. The service is amazing in comparison. If I were you, refrain from shopping here if you think you’re needs as a customer will be met. They won’t be.

The customer support counter has been closed all 5 times I've visited. How is this possible?? I have been unable to return my defective products countless times. I feel for those who are only able to reach this Walmart for financial reasons, but are unable to get ANY help with refunds or defects.

It's a small Walmart. The parking lot small for Bob tail trucks. The inside is small and doesn't have a lot of selection. I thought it would be better than kroger but it wasn't.
