Best furniture store in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. I was shopping and this older man with reddish hair popped up everywhere I was. Very creepy. Then as I was standing still looking at something he appears with a broom and starts sweeping under my feet. The broom even hit my ankle a couple times and I’m trying to jump around to get out of his way. I have feet issues so this is disturbing. I was standing still mind you shopping !!! Haven’t been in that store since the last incident a couple years ago when security was chasing some woman ahead of me and tried to hold me instead in the pouring rain There were several security there (several !!) and then said oh no it was the other person ahead of her. Been a couple years since then and thought I’d try it again Spent over $100 but Will never be back. This place is crazy !!! ~Kay

I would give the actual store in green hills a 5 star because the people at that store are on your side and on your team. But once you order it I wish I could give a zero star. From there it is the worst service to expensive stuff I’ve ever seen. The deliver service is a joke, the pottery barn corporate is a joke, and everything in between. We ordered stuff in May and they still don’t have our stuff to our house. Sent us the wrong glider, had a delivery date and didn’t even show up, had another deliver date and had to take off work to accept the stuff and then they don’t show up and then 20 minute before the allotted time is up they call and say they’ll be 4 hours late. This company is terrible and it doesn’t surprise me that the store front is closing down. Really was expecting a lot more from Pottery Barn kids. ~Alex

I only went to the garden center this time They have expanded it into the parks lot with all the spring planting supplies I was searching for a particular plant 2 employees watched me searching stood around chatting and did not offer to help The cashier was friendly and brought up the rating by a star I did not get a safe feeling in their parking area due to some unkept people walking around and not going into the store Overall the garden center was well stocked ~Dug

Nobody at the customer service counter. Been standing here for 20 minutes while employees just walk on by and nobody comes over. Several other customers say the same thing, nobody has been over here to help in so long The lights are off and it's as if it's literally abandoned over here. ~Mitch
