So a few days ago, my girlfriend and I made a purchase for 3 appliances to be delivered on Tues. The sales associate, unfortunately not named on the receipt, was extremely helpful and polite. We scheduled delivery for tonight, Tues, Nov 15. The delivery service, who is a 3rd party, scheduled between 4-8pm. While not convenient, it was 3 appliances being delivered and old ones taken away. We had to arrange our business schedules to make sure one of us was home between these times. Time passes, and at 7:45, my girlfriend calls to see if they are still coming. At this point, she is told that the delivery needs to be rescheduled. We were not contacted by the delivery service. Needless to say, I am beyond disappointed and angry, that the delivery service would not have the common courtesy to make that call. While I do not hold Lowes responsible for this negligence, please be aware that the 3rd party delivery service is not only aware of good customer service, but at this point, we haven't even been told when that delivery will be here.

An online delivery was botched by someone in the Lowe's supply chain. I went in to this location to see if I could get some help. Sharon and the rest of the people I interacted with really helped me find out what options were available to me. They were attentive and knowledgeable. I will probably never order from the corporate website again, but I will definitely consider return business to this location.

I find most of the employees in here to not be very helpful. They will never walk you to an item to help you. They just point and expect you to figure it out. It's quite rude. Customer service Is non existent here. This store actually deserves 1 star. I probably had the worse service I've ever had in any store in this lowes today. The customer service here is a joke.

I just want to say a huge thank you to JOSH ✨ he was incredibly helpful. I needed a lot of wood cut for a house project and he was so educational and precise. I never write reviews but I had to! This guy deserves a raise. His customer service is phenomenal! Thanks for all your help Josh!

I work with underground utilities. I needed parts to repair a water line that was hit while an employee was digging. I arrived in the plumbing section and tried to find an associate for some time. Eventually, I asked a young woman if she could help me. She turned to a gentleman that sighed and said "It not my department, but I'll try." I had looked several times for 1" pex line. He looked in the system and said there were 0 on hand. That helped because at least I knew I could stop looking and go somewhere else. When I asked about the fittings I'd need, he shrugged and said he didn't know much about plumbing. It was then that I found the pex line I needed.... TONS of it. I realized there wasn't much help I'd be getting, so I thanked him and proceeded to look through all the fittings, which were all misplaced. One or two in the wrong bin happens. But when a bins are full, and NONE of the parts in each bin are the right part, it becomes impossible to find what you need. The associate was friendly though. I also understand it isn't his department, he was doing what he could. However, the store, looking to make sales, should have someone in the department that can help. So in short. No help. Items that the system says aren't in stock are in ample supply, and everything is in the wrong spot, hopelessly mixed up. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this place wasted my time.

Had an issue with my appliance order at Lowe's, and I won't bore you with the details, but their management team knocked it out of the park. They handled my issue quickly and courteously, going above and beyond to make it right. The world is an imperfect place, and I see a lot of people bash companies when things don't go exactly as planned. What's important is the response, and their team responded superbly.

So far, this experience has been horrendous! My “paid in full” zero turn mower is two days late! After countless calls, a total of four hours on hold, two calls to corporate and MANY unreturned calls from management, I am dumbfounded! Due to a store mistake, which they have yet to acknowledge, my delivery is in limbo. I just want my merchandise! West Nashville Lowes! Do BETTER!

Great selection, but stock counts are often wrong on the website. Trade areas are a disorganized mess. I frequently have to look in top stock or under and behind shelving to find what I came to get. Staff seems stretched incredibly thin. There are frequent pages for help in an area that don't seem to be answered. You may have a better experience ordering online and picking up. That way if a part is out you're not wasting a trip.

I only went to the garden center this time They have expanded it into the parks lot with all the spring planting supplies I was searching for a particular plant 2 employees watched me searching stood around chatting and did not offer to help The cashier was friendly and brought up the rating by a star I did not get a safe feeling in their parking area due to some unkept people walking around and not going into the store Overall the garden center was well stocked
