Best lighting store in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

I went to Cartronics in hopes that they could fix some issues I was having with an install from a previous shop. From start to finish, the entire staff was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. When I first arrived one of the installers looked over my vehicle and gave me a few options with some price points. Once I made a decision, we scheduled an appointment and it took a little less time for install than they had originally quoted, which is great obviously. The custom enclosure they made me is great quality. The wire job is very clean and neat. All issues from previous shop were resolved and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. 10/10 would recommend! Can't say enough about the quality and customer service! ~austin

I would give the actual store in green hills a 5 star because the people at that store are on your side and on your team. But once you order it I wish I could give a zero star. From there it is the worst service to expensive stuff I’ve ever seen. The deliver service is a joke, the pottery barn corporate is a joke, and everything in between. We ordered stuff in May and they still don’t have our stuff to our house. Sent us the wrong glider, had a delivery date and didn’t even show up, had another deliver date and had to take off work to accept the stuff and then they don’t show up and then 20 minute before the allotted time is up they call and say they’ll be 4 hours late. This company is terrible and it doesn’t surprise me that the store front is closing down. Really was expecting a lot more from Pottery Barn kids. ~Alex
