Ordered a bell candle from the catalog and it was shipped from this location. Whoever packed the item needs to learn ‘packing 101’ - you don’t ship two piece glass items together so that they bang around during shipping. Item came in many pieces - very disappointing….

I visited the store on a Sunday afternoon. Very few other shoppers that day. A saleslady offered, three times, to find a product for me (by calling other stores.) Twenty to thirty minutes later, she still hadn't attempted to find the item. I finally left. Why offer if you won't follow through?

I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to Nichoel…I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong…but she was so incredibly nice. I came for a replacement lamp shade, and ended up with an end table as well. :)

I would give the actual store in green hills a 5 star because the people at that store are on your side and on your team. But once you order it I wish I could give a zero star. From there it is the worst service to expensive stuff I’ve ever seen. The deliver service is a joke, the pottery barn corporate is a joke, and everything in between. We ordered stuff in May and they still don’t have our stuff to our house. Sent us the wrong glider, had a delivery date and didn’t even show up, had another deliver date and had to take off work to accept the stuff and then they don’t show up and then 20 minute before the allotted time is up they call and say they’ll be 4 hours late. This company is terrible and it doesn’t surprise me that the store front is closing down. Really was expecting a lot more from Pottery Barn kids.

Had an appointment for in home design- never showed even though I got text confirming appointment. No apologies for leaving me waiting and just said that they normally don’t do in home without an in store or zoom first. Said that Robert said he emailed me but of course there was no email. Very unprofessional

Go anywhere else! Me and my fiancé ordered a sectional from them and were told a date that it would be ready which was last week. We understand things are backed up due to everything going on and it’s not a big deal that it’s backed up the problem is the customer service. We have talked with customer service 3 times now. The first two times we were told the product was finished and in a warehouse and it should be shipped any day. They also told us that they were looking into why it hadn’t shipped and we would get a call within 48 hours we had to call again and again to get an answer. It turns out that the sectional hasn’t been started and is going to be delayed at least two months. We had to talk to customer service 3 times to get the actual answer. To be fair the people we talked to the third time were very helpful but it is unacceptable to have to call that many times to get the answer. Also the employees in the store are awful and rude.

My wife and I came here while on vacation from St. Louis and compared to our Pottery Barn, this place is a dream! The staff was OVERLY friendly. We were helped by Katie at first and then later by the store manager Meryl who went out of her way to give my wife and I a decent discount on our purchase. Also, the store is stunning. They have floor to celling windows that let in tons of natural light!

My daughter would not enter this store with me, due to her own experience. Her words to me, as I entered, were "prepare to be treated like garbage"! And, she couldn't have been more right. From the moment I entered, the man working there was as rude as he could be. The whole experience was horrible. I decided to buy my item else where. I will never shop there again. I have to wait for snail mail, to send me credit for my return, as well. A ridiculous policy, in this day in age. This isn't his fault, but his snide manner when he informed me was. My advice...give your business to some one who deserves it. This experience was a bad as I have had in a store, in a long time.The woman that works at this store, was equally as rude to my daughter.

I have been into this store multiple times while pregnant looking for items for our new home and nursery. I’m a 30 year old professional nurse practitioner with money to spend but I am never acknowledged when I walk in the door. Any time there is more than one customer checking out at once the staff appears extremely overwhelmed and rude. It took three employees to order the rocker I wanted. I came in today to buy bedding for our master bedroom and had the same experience. The one woman checking one customer out in the bedding aisle never looked at me or acknowledged my presence. A male employee noticed a line forming and came over to check me out. He was rude from the moment he walked up to me and treated me so disrespectfully. Then he got really mad when I gently pointed out he’d rung up the wrong sale price. I will not return to this store again. This is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with anywhere. Save your time and go to the Cool Springs store.
