I scheduled an appointment with Serafin’s after reading their five star reviews. They were honest, professional and did not look to do any unnecessary repairs. I visited the dealership for a routine oil change and was told I needed my brakes replaced. Serafin’s checked out the car and found nothing wrong with the brakes. They go way above and beyond! Everyone there is so pleasant to talk to, especially the office manager/ woman who runs the inside. They not only do whatever needs to be done but they explain it to you and are willing to be real if there are other possible problems in the future! They take the time to explain the work even to someone like me who has no idea what they are talking about generally and they really stand behind their work! They also are willing to answer any questions you have about your car in general, and don’t rush you off the phone or out of the office when picking up your car. Honest, Fair Pricing and Great Work the First Time! Brought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in for axle seal leaks.
