Disgusting and rude customer service. I picked up a monitor from this store and when I got home it had a crack in it. I took the monitor back to the store to get a replacement and the customer service rep said I broke the monitor. I told him that the monitor was still in packaging when I brought it home. The store manager and the customer service rep then refused to replace the damaged monitor that they broke. I've called Apple corporate and have been told repeatedly they can't override the store's decision to not replace the monitor they broke. I'm not stuck with a broken monitor from this horrible company. Absolutely disgusted by the greed and lack of empathy from the individuals that work at this store. I've filed a complaint and hope to find a resolution.

Smooth customer service. As soon as you enter , there is a representative who makes sure you have your questions answered. The store is usually busy so make sure you do take up an appointment in advance . I came here for an airpods fix and they made sure that all my questions and concerns were resolved.

The Geniuses are friendly once you get to speak with them. It is easy to make appointments. If you walk in, you will likely have to wait. The store is very loud and brightly lit. If you’re hypersensitive, I recommend earplugs. There is a lot to look at and a lot going on. It is not a calm, relaxing environment where you can get individual attention

Technicians at Genius Bar don’t have enough knowledge or experience. Doing the same thing to troubleshoot iPad which is already performed by customer as mentioned Apple’s troubleshooting instructions. Complete waste of time.

I recently purchased two new iPhones from this Apple Store and ran into an issue that took about two days to resolve in-store. There were many Apple store associates involved in this particular situation. Everyone was kind and helpful at this location! Do not hesitate to use this store for all of your Apple purchases!!!

Terrible customer service with zero logical and critical thinking. Had an appointment at 1145. Checked in prior to time. 20 minutes past appointment no one bothered to let us know the delay. The store rep tried telling me an appointment is not a guaranteed time just a guarantee to be seen at some point, this makes no sense. Either way, do not recommend any business that treats customers like this…27 minutes past the appointment time we finally get seen.

A beautiful space and awesome learning area after the recent remodel. Definitely worth swinging in if you’re at the mall. Always a human to human experience in there. New products are cool, but people are the magic. I am often inspired by the passion/energy that the employees have. Everyday they have cool “Today at Apple” classes that you can drop in to.

What a great Apple store!! I’ve made appointments here and come in for several different reasons and always leave satisfied.. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and they always work hard to get you what you need.. They can definitely get busy so it’s always a good idea to book your appointment online..
