Smooth customer service. As soon as you enter , there is a representative who makes sure you have your questions answered. The store is usually busy so make sure you do take up an appointment in advance . I came here for an airpods fix and they made sure that all my questions and concerns were resolved. ~Gaurav

My phone screen was fixed perfectly (so far). They were very helpful in that case, it was pretty quick and easy. I went and bought an extra screen protector to put over my new screen and it took an HOUR for them to come back to me to tell me it wouldn’t work after they tried to do it with two different screens. COMPLETE waste of extra time and wouldn’t just tel me that the screen wouldn’t work. Also they only do screen repair by appointment and most likely won’t have the things to fix it. Call them before going in to make sure they have what you need fixed there. ~Linden
