My phone screen was fixed perfectly (so far). They were very helpful in that case, it was pretty quick and easy. I went and bought an extra screen protector to put over my new screen and it took an HOUR for them to come back to me to tell me it wouldn’t work after they tried to do it with two different screens. COMPLETE waste of extra time and wouldn’t just tel me that the screen wouldn’t work. Also they only do screen repair by appointment and most likely won’t have the things to fix it. Call them before going in to make sure they have what you need fixed there.

Needed tech assistance and diagnosis. Quick appointment times, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Got a new computer and they set it up for me and transferred some data to the new computer. Love these folks.

So during the pandemic they don't come out to do home service so I have to carry a computer down a flight of stairs get to the store for them to tell me I'm late they can't help me now mind you I stood line so yea by the time you get to me I'm going to be late but I had time window and they didn't care I made it within the window.

Bought install for my washer & dryer through Best Buy. Geek Squad Installers showed up and placed them both in the wrong place. Then advised me that they couldn't hook up the dryer because they didn't have a certain piece. They don't make things happen, they give you excuses instead. Not happy about this install and I will never recommend them to anyone.

One of their drivers cut me off in traffic and laughed after slamming on his brakes. I would expect someone driving a company vehicle to drive safer and not try to entice others to get upset on the road. The Vehicle Number was 16712. Best Buy Geek Squad.

Made reservation online to have my iPhone battery replaced. Drove over waited in line to find out it will be 2-3 days before they will get the battery in stock!!! Why did I make an appointment in the first place??? Oh and they asked me to pay for the battery upfront or they would not order.. sorry you won’t get my money ever!! Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

Sent me running around the city just in time to not be able to get my phone replaced before the weekend. They don't care about you at all. I suggest getting insurance through your carrier because this is pathetic.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to even speak to me, and then they informed me that they scheduled my appointment for the wrong day. Terrible customer service all around.
