I've been going to Discount Tire for years, and they never disappoint. Staff are always courteous and efficient. My experience is always hassle free, regardless of whether I'm getting 4 new tires or just having them rotated and balanced (for free). I don't know how corporate manages to consistently get this level of quality from EVERY ONE of their stores, but they do! My visit today was no different than previous ones, and I'm again very happy. IMPORTANT TIP: always make an appointment online or by phone before you come! If you're buying tires, they usually have a "standard" selection of high-quality choices if you don't know what you want, but they can also order just about anything if you ask. Prices are always extremely competitive, and they will match prices from other stores.

I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire recently! I needed two new back tires and a tire pressure sensor replaced. The employee that I worked with was Angel, and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the tires that I needed, and the service was super fast! I had scheduled my appointment a week prior, and as soon as I walked into the building, my car was taken into the garage. Not more than 10 minutes later, and my appointment was all finished. I was anticipating to be there for an hour or so, but that was definitely not the case. I’m super pleased with how fast and efficient the staff was! I will definitely be scheduling future appointments at this location!

If I could give more stars I would. I had a flat coming home from work. Goodyear tried to upsell me and when I wasnt biting they aired up my tire and sent me on my way. Come to find out im lucky the tire didn't explode. I showed up right at closing time and they got me taken care of and at an extremely fair price. The manager even told me they would've bolted on a spare before letting me drive with how my tire was...that's customer service and its exactly why ill be telling everyone I know to give their business to Discount tire.

This is the only bad experience I've ever had at a discount tire. I will be taking my business back to the Louetta location where customer service is actually their top priority. I have an older pickup truck and bought a full set of mud tires and wheels from discount 3 years ago. I recently noticed a vibration at higher speeds and wanted to eliminate the tires as a source. The tech immediately stated my tires were worn unevenly or 'cupped' due to the edge treads being different heights. He was unaware that mud tires often have different height edge lugs for improved self cleaning in mud. Once that was not a reason to proceed he said my tires are too low on tread despite not being near the wear bars and not being out of spec per discount tires own tire chart and policy. He stated the special tread depth policy for mud tires exists, but he could not produce any such policy. He finally agreed he would balance them, then said there were 5 people ahead of me and it would be at least an hour. I had called in advance and was told 30 minutes in and out for a rebalance. I believe the guy was upset that I challenged him on the policy and was going to make me wait it out for a couple hours, so I told him I would call back to make an appointment since this process was so ridiculous. I will be calling to make an appointment, at the Louetta store. I will be traveling back to the Louetta store for my next tire purchase.

Discount tire has been nothing but amazing. I went in to have a nail fixed and found all four tires were without tread. I decided to get new rims and tires and Joe M was able to provide me with the best rims and tires to fit my lifestyle and the look I wanted. Extremely happy with their service and never felt pressured. Would highly recommend.

Came to the Woodlands for a concert. Thought I needed air in my tires. Found a nail in my tire sidewall. Non-repairable. On a Saturday too. The Discount Tire team was on point! After a brief conversation, credit for my previously purchased tires and the paperwork, I had a brand new full-set of tires. No high pressure sell either. They quoted about an hour for completion. Instead, they were done in 20 minutes. This was the best service I have received from any DC Tires. Nice!

This place gives excellent service! I came in to get some new rims and tires for my vehicle and was help by Jimmie, he was very nice and perfesonal and made sure I was taken care of. They were very fast and the inside looks very clean. I highly recommend this place. And will be back in the future.

Lino is the absolute best! Lino was kind and helpful. I had my dog with me and he saved our spot in line so I could drop my dog off and come back so that the technicians would be able to work on my tire without my pups interference or Rowdy Behavior!❤ I really do appreciate Lino, and it's people like him that keep my entire family coming back to Discount Tires time and time again! Yes it's busy at this location but it's worth the wait. Only thing missing is a young lady keeping the restrooms clean.

Pretty disappointed to say the least. Went straight home after getting a new set of tires. After 2 hours my wife and I go to leave and the driver side rear tire is down from 35psi to 16psi. That’s when I also noticed that tire had no value stem cap. Upon checking my other tires I noticed my TRD Pro caps were replaced with 2 black plastic and one grey plastic valve stem cap. Looks like Monday I get to deal with these issues. Edit... found the leak.... but unfortunately I have to change my tire and as stated wait until Monday to deal with this situation. That is if they are open due to the upcoming winter weather. While changing the tire the next morning I also noticed they damaged the coating on the wheel.
