Walked through 3 employers standing at the front of the store. Not one greeted me. Stood at crickets in sight of then with no help. Pressed the button, eventually a nice animal specialist came for my crickets.

Update: I am very happy with the customer service I received from Amanda in the Petshotel today and the ease of booking my dog's daycamp session. Jewels is itching to get this cone off so she can play. 🤙🏻

Lots of variety in products and lots of helpful signs and postage put up. Brandy (or maybe Brandi haha) is very helpful and knowledgeable about fish and the products at the store. Some other workers walked by while I was searching for things and did not stop, but she did and helped me come to a conclusion. If I pass by I will stop again

It's a clean store but unfortunately there's a issue with a viral infection among the small animals causing death and illnesses. Corporate has stated there is a alarming issue going on but give 14 days in case we encounter any issues during this crisis which is cool. It was unfortunate and very sad but we returned my son's birthday mice back and shutting the door to any future purchases of animals until resolved.

Order a Aqueon 75 air filter for my son's aquarium and this is how I received it. Found out it was a return that should have never be put back on the shelf. It had dead grass and cobwebs on it, they could of at least attempted to wipe it off.

I took my dog in to get a bath and a brush, which includes having the hair trimmed from her pads/paws. Her pads/paws were not trimmed. Also, my dog went in wearing a Calming Collar (because she recently went blind and it really does help her.) It was around 7:30 pm when they sent a message saying she was ready and she could be picked up. After picking her up and getting home, I noticed that she didn't have her collar on. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He told me that it was against the policy to take a pet with anything around their necks and that the groomer told him that when I dropped her off she wasn't wearing a collar. I tried explaining to him that she always wears one and why. I told him that she had it on when I dropped her off , that I had just bought it, and it cost $30. He told me that he didn't know what happened but that she didn't have one on when she was dropped off. He said he didn't know what I was wanting and I told him I just wanted her caller back. I bought that caller from her vet which is in Tennessee and I am in Texas visiting so I can't go back to buy another one. It's amazing to think that the groomers are so perfect that they would never make a mistake like that at least according to him. The groomers appeared to be very nice and talked about how they fell in love with my dog because she was so good How hard would it have been just to do what you're paid to do and to return what belonged to my dog.

Very personable place. We take our zoo of animals here to be seen by the vet. We just had our 150 lb Mastiff puppy in doggie daycare play day. She was puckered out. Manager Shannon was very helpful with my daughter's questions on aquarium bacteria products. Thanks Shannon.
