Worst experience I've ever had with a retail store this is worse than Kmart if you want something of value for your money I suggest BestBuy possibly these people have no interest in returning the money the same way that you paid they also are very low class establishment with no respect for the hard-working Blue Collar American

Everyone there is very nice. Mr. Darhon in appliances was absolutely amazing. Very nice and patient as we couldnt decide what we wanted. Also the man who worked for acceptance now financing is so nice and helpful. I didn't catch his name.. Definitely go back to shop for more things.

The appliance manager, Esric was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout my shopping and buying experience. I purchased 5 appliances and they were all in stock and were able to be scheduled for delivery within 3 days.

Very friendly and helpful staff and management. I forgot my son’s Xbox power cable when we came to town for Christmas and these guys found me a cable that worked and let me test it out in the store before leaving. Thanks for the help and for helping my son play video games with his cousin while we’re in town.

The employees at this store were so friendly and helpful. They were also very patient with me. I was approved for financing at a different store and wanted to transfer to that one. Unfortunately no one knew how so I had to reapply. I know I was getting frustrated but the employees were so nice. It definitely was a great shopping experience. Especially for someone who gets anxiety when shopping.

My husband and I just bought a new house and needed several appliances. When we walked in we were helped immediately and there were lots of affordable options. Delivery was scheduled for days later which is usually not the case these days. We will definitely be back!

I Went in with the intentions of purchasing Logitech's C922 Pro Stream webcam and a universal notebook power adapter, as well as look into finding a printer that would suit my needs. The salesman that helped me was friendly, well informed, and helpful. The webcam was in stock, he helped me to find the best adapter set to begin with, making certain to inform me of the return policy, and reminded me to keep my receipt. The laptop in question is rather obscure and just as he predicted, I will need to return it and try another. I was rather unhappy to learn that the printers weren't on display in the store, although they had most inventory on site. I was unable to browse and compare side by side, or shop on site for one at all without first going online.
