Been going to this pharmacy for many years, and it was always a good experience. But the problem now is they are never open. I have difficulty getting there in time before they close at 6p because of my job. Now they're closed on Saturday too???? And recently they were just closed on weekdays as well. Heard about the pharmacist shortage, but after asking around, these problems seem to only appear in certain neighborhoods.

The worst location if you are trying to pick up a prescription. You will wait a min of 30 mins, 8fnyou go through the drive thru. If you are in the drive thru line you are going to wait while they help all the people inside .

Covid vaccine appointments that are not met anywhere near the actual time at which they were reserved. The whole point of reserving a time and date is so you don't have to wait 30 minutes once you get there.

Pretty decent store itself. If you’re coming here for every day items or maybe the pharmacy then it’s pretty solid. The store is clean, organized, stocked, friendly staff.. the downside is it’s always busy so getting in and out night be slow at times. Not very familiar with the other services offered here as far as Covid vaccines go and related stuff but my experience with this store was pretty good.

I caught them red-headed. They choose not to answer the phone! I was trying to call while I was on my way there to make sure I'd have enough time before they closed. I was on hold for 15 minutes with nobody answering. I walked in, still on hold to find SEVEN people working, no customers and nobody on the phone. The pharmacist said sometimes they have to choose between answering the phone and fill scripts. So don't even bother calling. Hope nobody had any questions about prescription interactions, or adverse effects, because they don't care.

They’re now listed as “temporarily closed”, so at least they’ve let people know in advance this time - but I can’t count the times in the past that I’ve stopped by during normal business hours and the store is inexplicably closed. I wouldn’t ever even try this location if it wasn’t on the way to other stores I frequent.

The item I wanted was listed as being available when I checked online, so I went to purchase it and there was NONE in stock. I asked a pharmacy associate and was told the item was on a table in the front of the store.... The associates in the front of the store told me the item was in the pharmacy area at the back of the store. When I explained that the pharmacy sent me to the front of the store, the associate offered to help me look after checking out the customers up front first. He assisted me and found that there were NONE in stock and recommended I come back in a few days after they've unpacked the the items they received on the truck the day before..... however, he couldn't guarantee if there were any in the delivery and had no way to check
