Last week I was in desperate need of balloons for a funeral, and party city was closed due to a fire that happen right before I arrived..Driving almost 2 hours to the sweet lady made sure I had my balloons..I have been to other party citys and Texarkana is the only one that always has what I need.. Staff there not very friendly, I was asked what color string I wanted on my balloons and they put the wrong color and acted all aggravated because they had to change the color.

Excellent choices of a variety of seasonal/event decor, candy, costumes, etc... organized well. I just don't like that I can't order balloons to be filled with helium and ready for pick up the next day. There is never enough employees which leads to long waits to check out.

Had curbside pickup. Finally pulled around to come in and this boy comes out. I said I was coming in and he said we had a lot of people come in and couldn't bring it out. I said don't offer curbside pickup when you don't have staff. He got very smart, slinging his arms around, acting crazy. Don't order curbside pickup from this store. Instead of apologizing for the wait, he had to get belligerent.
