When I asked about upgrading my phones they gave honest opinions about what phones would best serve me. I never felt like anyone was trying to just sell me the most expensive phone. The sales person described to me the difference between each phone and in detail explained the cost difference. All employees were having positive interactions with other customers and seemed to treat all people with courtesy. All costs were explained to me before I made my final selections so I have no surprises with my next bill. The phone I wanted was not available in my color but they ordered for me immediately. I will always return to this location. Caesar was amazing and provided excellent service. He seemed genuinely happy about his job. He seems like a great asset to the Arroyo Grande location.

Went to my local ATT store in Arroyo Grande and there was only one employee working the store. Naturally there was a long wait but the employee, Caesar, was very nice with all the customers and was thorough with each customer’s questions and problems. Caesar is am excellent employee who did a great job in very difficult circumstances.

Yesenia was so awesome with her customer focused help that I want to write a very positive and big Kudo review for her. My 91 year old mother is not able to use a standard flip phone and so she had to get a jitterbug phone with a very loud speaker. thanks to Yesenia, we got her the correct phone so she can stay safe. Not many times does a sales person suggest the best product for the customer. It is usually only the most lucrative product for them to sell but Yesenia did the right thing and was an angel to us. She should get a huge raise and also a nice bonus for being so excellent.

Don’t believe the response they left below. They haven’t even acknowledged the email I sent. Because this was Prime - they just kept telling me that my warranty was with Apple and that they didn't want to be stuck with a non working phone either. The situation: I bought a new Iphone 12 pro for 999.99 and it would not set up at the store because the SIM reader was faulty out of the box. Prime ATT wouldn't refund or exchange it without a 60 dollar restocking fee! IT DIDNT WORK! They told me to take it to the Apple store and Apple apologized but because I bought it at ATT they could not give me a new one and sent this new phone in for repair. SO I AM RECEIVING A RECONDITIONED PHONE in approximately 2 WEEKS AFTER I PAID FOR A BRAND NEW ONE. I want to warn buyers that this location is NOT an ATT company store. It is owned by Prime communications. They hire nice people that are well versed in the policy that all Apple products are warranted through Apple, so if you buy your Apple product at this store and it doesn't work - even if they have stock in the back of new phones - they will tell you to take it to the Apple store. The store manager, Jason was amazing! We've tried for months to correct our HBOMax issue, with no success. We went into our local AT&T store yesterday, to upgrade a phone on our plan. We mentioned the HBOMax issue in conversation. Jason was able to do what no other rep could! He fixed it! We were extremely pleased with his tech knowledge and friendliness, and can clearly see why he is the manager. We will definitely go to him if there are any future problems, and will recommend him and Yesenia, the other worker. They were very professional and continually sterilized the store, in between customers. I was very impressed with my visit!

The store manager, Jason was amazing! We've tried for months to correct our HBOMax issue, with no success. We went into our local AT&T store yesterday, to upgrade a phone on our plan. We mentioned the HBOMax issue in conversation. Jason was able to do what no other rep could! He fixed it! We were extremely pleased with his tech knowledge and friendliness, and can clearly see why he is the manager. We will definitely go to him if there are any future problems, and will recommend him and Yesenia, the other worker. They were very professional and continually sterilized the store, in between customers. I was very impressed with my visit!
