There's an old man employee here that will lie to your face and steal from you. Go to the Casey's across the street. I doubt any of their employees will lie to you or steal from you. The air compressor here is broke and will not refill the air in your tires. I asked for a refund for their faulty equipment and an old man working here refused to give it to me because he said it's not their responsibility. When your equipment has your company label on it, it's on your property and it's making money for your business, then it's your responsibility to maintain it. Not to tell customers to file a complaint against the people who built it. That's your responsibility to file those complaints. Take your business elsewhere. Not here.

This location is terrible, the male manager with the glasses is the rudest manager I've ever come across at any 7 eleven and needs re training or should find another job other than that the rest of the staff are alright!

Very rude staff, very rude. Will never go back to this location. I’d rather pay double price somewhere else than to go back to this location. The clerks spoke down to me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience and stupid. Charged me almost $2 for a cup of ice . I understand inflation and the cost of items don’t you however they treated me with such disrespect I will never return.

My husband and I frequent 7-Eleven at multiple locations on a fairly regular basis. We truly love the breakfast fare they offer. But I have to share our experience the couple of times we have purchased the sausage rolls. They are mostly bread. Only half a sausage link. And the skin is so tough on the sausage we can barely bite into it. 7-Eleven please hear this - change up this one item please please please. We love your store(s).

The air pump in front of the facility was broken. There was no sign stating it was broken, and while trying to fill up my tire, so much air escaped that my tire became flat. I went inside and the assistant manager was apathetic to my cause, refused to talk to me and look at me after he made a phone call to maintenance. It was the young woman inside who was polite enough to give me the information I requested and eventually hung up a sign on the pump. The district office was polite when I called to inform them of the situation.
