I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel as if this review was warranted!!! In the past, I was a die-hard 7-Eleven customer, but since the switch from the Browns to corporate, I am not a fan!! That being said, the OnCue at 150th and May...they're doing things right!!! I believe it's the GM, Jarrod, I could be wrong, but he and his team are so freaking friendly and kind! There's another manager, Jacob, he is literally the sweetest and most professional young man I've ever encountered!!! I don't care about Casey's, Buccee's, or (this new 7-Eleven), OnCue will always be the number one choice for my family and I!!!

Jarod is the store manager....which leads his crew with excellence....I stop by his store every day on my lunch...whether it be Jarod ,Richard. Or any of the the other crew members im greeted with a smile and a willingness to assist ...the bathrooms are always clean. I enjoy going to this particular location, its part of daily routine...Great customer service..great atmosphere...Jarod and his morning crew need to be recognized for their customer service skills...#kudos to Jarod...your #1 customer ..Yo...

This has been my go to station since moving to OKC. Usually EVERYONE working is just plain awesome. Until the last few days...tonight 11.23.21 one of the three girls at the front counter was just plain rude. Said all of two words to me and was too involved in talking to her coworkers to really even acknowledge me. Hopefully On Cue corporate pays attention to their reviews and offers some training opportunities for these employees. I really do enjoy the On Cue brand and would really hate having to go elsewhere.

I'm a regular at the OnCue at 150th and May. It's my favorite location, (also the closest to my work), but either way this place is amazing!! The crew there does a wonderful job. I don't understand the "complaints" on here unless these other people are just naturally unhappy people, because Jarrod, the GM, does a great job at keep it clean and friendly. I am soooo tired of people that only get on here to be bitter. Everybody is struggling with employees and with getting product in, we don't know what these managers do day-to-day to keep afloat!!!! I even saw Jarrod carry out two cases of water for an elderly lady today. Like what convenient store manager does that????!!! It made me smile!! So, Jarrod, if you and you're crew sees this (hopefully someone from corporate will see this as well), y'all are doing a fantastic job in spite of the hardships that America is facing right now!! Keep up the good work!!

By far one of the best OnCues out there!! Friendly staff, everyone is always smiling and laughing, and the store is always super clean. Plus, it always smells so nice, I'm convinced that there's a candle warmer somewhere because it usually smells like lavender upon entering! Oftentimes, people only submit reviews when they're angry or are looking to complain about something, but it's nice for people to hear when they're doing well AND this location is doing well!!! 7-Eleven who?? 😁

I have seen price manipulation (gouging) in many forms over the last few weeks with so much going on in our country. I was not expecting it from our local OnCue at 150th and May in North OKC. With oil prices as low as they have been in a long time, other businesses are lowering their gas prices due to the gas not costing as much. Apparently this only happens if they have no direct competition across the street. The OnCue across the street from this 7-11 had their gas marked at $1.25

Nice store. They seem to keep their roller items stocked better than the other stores. Store is always clean and the workers there are very nice. They carry real gas and 85% ethanol and 10% ethanol gas. Only downside is sometimes getting out of there can be difficult due to traffic.

They have 100% gas. Their pumps accept most major fleet fuel cards. The large open parking lot makes it easy to find a place to park and maneuver around. The big clean restrooms have motion activation sensors so you don’t have to touch anything. Not even a door! Open walkways without doors lead into the restrooms like most Walmart restrooms. They have a nice selection of hot and cold food items. I love their plastic to go containers with lids for their hotdogs. Way better than 7 eleven cartons / tubs. They always have multiple checkers on staff so one does not have to wait long to check out.
