I went to this Tmobile yesterday on 07/19/22 with my husband and daughters. All the employees were friendly and attentive. I appreciated how they always remembered the order of the customers who came in and made sure they were taken care of promptly and in that order. Special shout out to Lana who assisted us in setting up my new phone. (I made sure to pay attention to her name for this review!) She was awesome, she explained everything clearly and was kind and helpful, even making my 3 year old feel comfortable while we were waiting to transfer data to my phone. Thank you all for a great experience!

Sort of rude and expensive. Simple highway robbery. Plenty of good companies around. Home internet is even worse - charged me $190 a month instead of 50 and gave me the run-around.

I've been coming to them for years because every single t-mobile expert has always provided excellent service. I moved to another town but I still come to them because it doesn't matter what my phone issue is they always help me out. Today for instance I couldn't hear outbound or incoming calls so I came to this t-mobile and met Frankie Wong. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and upbeat. He deserves a raise and promotion! He fixed my issues in less than 5 minutes. Beyond grateful! Highly recommend!!!

Clean and great service. Needed a new line and was helped by Joyce. She was so awesome, patient and informative. My husband and I had a lot of questions regarding opening a new line up for our son. Big decision and Joyce really took the time to go over the options we can chose from. Great experience! Thanks Joyce!

Hands down the best T-Mobile experience at this location. Staff is courteous and willing to help. I was lucky to be paired with Joyce, she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I thought my situation would be very difficult (porting multiple personal lines to a business account) but she answered all my questions and knew exactly the plan that would fit my needs. Excellent customer service!! My mom had her phone stolen. Jonathan was able to set up her new phone and reinstall WeChat. Even took the time to navigate the arduous account recovery process. This store and its staff will take care of you.

I was a little worried going to this store since they only have 3.5 rating but it’s super close to where I live and it's super hot outside to walk to another store. I was surprised to get the attention I received. There was a gentleman greeted me as I entered the store and signed me in. After a few mins of wait, I was able to get the help I needed. The signal on my phone keeps dropping to 1 bar for no reason. I was expecting the ”you need a new phone” since I have an ancient iPhone, but he was actually super patient and never suggested that I need a new phone. At the end, he was able to narrow down the issue to the sim card I had which I had been using for years. Gave me a free sim card upgrade and boom! The issue was gone! Definitely recommending this location to all the people I know!
