nothing bad to say about this location. I needed a new phone and Jessica took the time to help me find a new phone, explained all the important features based on my needs. She also went through my entire bill and made sure i have everything i needed and stuff I didn't need she took it off. I've been to many stores but this here have exceptional customer service. It worth coming here because you feel welcomes by the reps as soon as you enter.

There is often a wait but that is the only downside. Every staff member here is friendly knowledgeable polite and fun. They make the hassle of transferring info and all the annoying stuff that comes with a new phone or a problem with your current phone so much essier to handle. London and his crew are awesome

I am very happy with their location, they take Cvoid 19 measures and ensures everyone is safe. Masks are not needed but urges everyone to wear it for safety. All the other reviews is very much true. They try their best to make sure you leave the store happy, I have been to many t mobile store and all they really try to do is sell, sell, and sell. but this location here tries to solve your problem before selling. I've been a customer of theirs forever.

Favorite TMobile in the whole city. The employees are always very helpful and know what they are doing. This is the most trustful store I go to. They always follow up with me and make sure my account is in good hands and always provide me with any new promotion that it here. There was a time where my bill was extremely high and they managed to lower it and get me credited because it wasn’t my fault. I love how they understand and hear me out. If I could give more stars I would give as much as I can because this store is the real deal.

She took her time and went over all the details before activating me. answered all my questions and solved all my needs. This store is also very clean and big enough for distancing. Excellent customer service provided at this branch, i've been a t mobile customer for many years and anytime i went to stores they always try to push for products i don't need and after the sale is done their behavior changes. When i get new phones, and i don't know how to use it no one helps me out. I work by this store and i saw the reviews so i went in and they really went out of their way to help me out, describing everything in details, so thank you for awesome customer service.

Just switched and so much better service to price ratio ... 2 lines for 100 ttl and 30gigs each full speed and Priority after that... better than throttle will update if not the case. Mo took care of me ... signed me up for paperless bill another savings $5 per line. A hidden gem just opened 2 months ago! No contracts! And I was in and out in 10mins! 90 percent larger than Verizon! And no throttling!
