Not very satisfied with the fact that they close so early as well as they have taken away the point system to earn rewards as you purchase items from the store customer service was good just a lack of offering customers incentives

I can't believe I found MedCouture scrubs for only $17 here (REGULAR price) when all online stores including Amazon sell for $25-28! The two ladies working today were also super sweet and never bothered by me trying on scrubs over and over- even though I was there almost 2 hours. I NEVER leave reviews or sign up for mailing lists but I did both for this place today. Thank you Work N Gear!

I wish I could leave a negative review. I purchased a pair of Thorogood boots from this store approximately a year ago for around $300.00. I noticed a month or so ago that the leather around the heal area was detaching from the heal. I emailed pictures to the manufacturer detailing what was going on. I received an automated response telling me to go to the vendor (Work ‘N Gear) and use their team to return the boots for inspection. I went to Work ‘N Gear and was greeted by the service manager. She indicated that she had no idea what I was talking about and that their return policy was only good for 30 days. She reiterated this to me multiple times in a more onerous tone each time. I immediately called the customer service number on the Thorogood website and left a detailed message about what had happened. It has now been over three weeks since I have called. I am severely disappointed in Thorogood’s product, Thorogood’s customer service and the ignorance of Work ‘N Gear. It is truly unacceptable. I could not imagine operating my family’s company in such a manner. I will do everything in my power to ensure that my coworkers, my family and my friends do not spend any of their hard earned money at either of these companies.

They do not back up their product at all. $280 Timberland pros. soles are falling off within 3 months. They won’t do a thing for you. Don’t shop here!

Had a problem with a pair of boots that I bought there. Paid some good money for them. The winning inside the boot ripped. I couldn't find my receipt. One person over the phone told me they couldn't help me. Thankfully they exchanged the boot I had purchased them only 31 days ago. They didn't want to look at my card statement but they exchanged the boot which is fine with me.

Great service. I had purchased a pair medical scrub panths, that when I got to work an put coins in my pocket, there was a hole. But the manager took great care of me, and allowed me to exchange them for a new pair.

Bought a pair of boots that where around 270 (Chippewa Ellicots, steel toe) roughly a month ago maybe a little longer. The sole started to rip apart from the front of the left boot and I called to see if I could exchange them for a new pair. I was told i needed a receipt and the box. Makes no sense and this place does not care about thier customers. Last time I ever shop here for anything. I DO NOT reccomend.

Rude, False signage, I brought my purchase to the counter only for the cashier to tell me no I'm wrong. The only items on the rack that I took from where under one sign. I understand why the store is empty. I won't be back. Tractor supply here I come.
