Was fast and easy got right in and out. The women that took me in ( Nicole Bradley) was great and very easy to deal with my opinion Nicole should get a raise for the job she dose. But everyone I dealed with there was great 👍

Called to see about making an appointment for a physical & drug test preferred by a potential employer. The girl on the phone told me all I had to do was walk-in. I drive 40 minutes to get there and there’s a 2 hour wait and then I’m informed that I can make an appointment. Completely ridiculous. Honestly considering finding another job or just continue being a stay at home mom since they’ve wasted so much of my time and gas.

First receptionist was quite rude but received great care from nursing staff and when I went back to get results, the other receptionist was great

The people at the front desk were professional, friendly and quick. They took all my appropriate information and ask me to wait. The nurse brought me back performed my testing quickly again extremely nice and professional. They gave me my follow up time for 2 days later and specific time I had to be there. I came back new staff person read my results. Gave me a paper copy as well as emailed my corporate office. Great experience. Thank you.

Went for a walk-in drug screening and physical. When I arrived the wait time was over 3 hours. Had to reschedule my day since they couldn’t book me for an appointment for another week. Otherwise staff was kind and helpful. If not for the wait I’d give 5 stars

Went in for a drug screen for a company. The office was clean. The staff friendly, professional. They were patient with waiting for my bladder to work. Highly recommend Concentra.

To all those who need to know! This Medical Center is as wonderful as the people, Nurses and Doctors who are here to help all those who are directed to this center. The staff is top notch and willing to help you with the highest level of service along with Dignity and Respect to everyone, so please let them do their job, and don’t give these professionals a hard time for trying to help you! I love ❤️ the staff of dedicated and professional services every time I have to visit them and they always greet you with a smile full of respect for all those people they try to help on a daily basis! I went for my yearly CDL physical. This was my first visit to the Manchester office. I’ve been to the Nashua one as well at the Westbrook ME one. I’ve had a great experience at all of them. The people at Manchester were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. I have a PVC irregular heartbeat that is harmless but the Doctor gave me EKG just to be sure. I’ll be back again next year.

The staff in the front office was very professional and nice. My RMA that I had was super comical and was great with keeping a conversation going to make me feel comfortable. When I saw the doctor it was pretty quick, she as well was a great conversationalist and kept me laughing the whole time while still remaining very professional. The longest time I was there was to wait to be seen and they were spot on with an estimate of how long I was going to have to wait which was only about 20 minutes.
