Might as well close this dumpster fire. The employees are overworked, under staffed and underpaid. The lobby is NEVER open and the drive thru is a mess.

The person taking the orders today did not pay attention to the order family Chicken mealwith the largest coleslaw they have she says comes with 3 containers, the chicken was very tender but very salty not sure what other seasonings if any this time. wanted extra biscuits got those but we got home with 1 small coleslaw container and 2 mashed potatoes and brown gravy .We don't eat potatoes and we don't eat the brown gravy to salty prefer the white country gravy they used to sell all the time! Needless to say $38.00 of not the right order later .

Nope…. Heard Kfc food is FAKE. Probably why their biscuits is so hard and their drinks are so flat. Maybe even the reason why the chicken is the way it is.. don’t recommend going if you don’t know what you’re eating because honestly I don’t. Reason why I don’t order here anymore after hearing that.

Wish KFC still had the buffet but will always love the peppered recipe and extra crunchy chicken KFC snackers and the bowls. Not as affordable as they used to be but thats ok I just come here less often now.

Inconsistent with the batter on strips, I want crunchy not barely battered..mac and cheese horrible, biscuits not as good as back in the day..employees are decent.and not a long wait time because never busy.not horrible, nothing great..I prefer popeyes

Definitely got food poisoning from their Mac an cheese today which they forgot half my order the first time going through so I had to go back around, 20 minutes later after eating my food I haven’t been able to get out of the bathroom. I’m not eating here ever again an recommend you guys change out your sides so you aren’t making people sick .

I often order from other restaurants using apps but this was my first time using KFC's app. I like how it walked you through adding your selections to your meal. I didn't find my usual fill-up meal but that may have been because I wasn't at my regular one. Overall, I had a great experience using the app and picking up my order.
