I asked for a Cajun filet sandwich combo she said ok then ring me up fo the biscuit not telling me that they no longer have the sandwich when I tell them I ask for a sandwich they take it back and throw it on bun with nothing on it still not knowing that they quiet serving the same chicken sandwich I ask for a sandwich which come with mayo tomato and lettuce the they tell me after three people has had my sandwich in there hand that it's not on menu no more

hit or miss. the last time I went they were super confused and gave us food we didn't order and didn't give the food we did order. maybe if the weren't high at the window, they would have gotten the order correct. JS

Sad! One of the few places in Kershaw to eat.The service is elementary level at best.They act as they are doing you a favor getting paid to serve you . The food sucks and owner should take some steps to fix . Shame on Bojangles corporate!

Its boo time. Cold and soggy bo rounds. Super dry biscuit. Asked for one sandwich with no biscuit and they still sent the biscuit. It's obvious by the quality of the food and service the employees don't care.

Every time i come to bojangles in Kershaw sc they are always out of something like macaroni and cheese or coleslaw and always short of chicken there’s nobody in line I don’t understand how they can run out of stuff when they’re not even busy

I go here often because it’s only drive thru in town, I’ve had a handful of good experiences but usually bad as of late, I’ll go in sometimes thinking I can avoid the drive thru line and usually end up waiting 20 min on my food after I order with very frustrated and angry people waiting besides me. My first thought every time I enter is “how can this place stay this dirty?” I always get the same thing and they’ve left cheese off the biscuit past 3-4 times. I get it tho, no one wants to work right now so I try to be patient and understanding but I’ll keep going reguardless and giving y’all another chance until we get another restaraunt but it’s easily the worst bojangles I know of. The manager is usually sweet when I talk to her I will say.

A tender snack doesn’t include a drink so make sure if you want a drink to order a combo, which totals around $7.18. If food was excellent, would be worth expense. Just so-so.
