I came in to return a pair of shoes (never worn & with receipt) and the woman refused to take them back and wanted to me travel to wherever I purchased them. I called another location and they said they would return them.. but this employee was the most unfriendly and unprofessional person I’ve ever met in retail. I love the team here. The staff is like my extended family. Always so sweet and helpful and I shop so frequently they know my style already. They know what I will like and what I wouldn't like.
