I gave the first star for the horrible haircut. The second star for her being sociable. The third star for them fixing it at no extra charge. (and it was a quite lengthy fix; that messed up it was...) But... not going back... because I also had to take pictures with that horrible uneven and chopped haircut. The reason I went to get a haircut in the first place was... to look good in the pictures... and I was initially given the worst haircut I ever had... ~D

Awful pedicure for 42$ … I been in this place 1 week ago. Master removed gel polish with my nail plates. She doesn’t know how to use that nail drill and how to remove gel polish right way. Few times I told her that it hurts me. She didn’t cut nails correctly and now these nails grows into the skin. I couldn’t say anything after pedicure because when I saw my nails on my feet I felt terrible n I started crying …. And now I’m afraid that my nails will never heal up. My experience was not ideal, I explained what I had on my nails (which I have been doing for years), she didn't want to listen and just said she knows nails. I asked her to explain Gel X vs hard gel, as I wanted to do either of them. She was very rude as I wasn't understand the different as she kept repeating this same thing over and over. She was rough, would grab my hand and pull it and push it down when it was not in the right position. Also the nails are so sharp on the edges I scratched myself. She was sloppy, I have white nail polish all around my fingers. My nails are SO THICK, I feel like I cannot even feel my nails. I would advice people to look elsewhere if they want good, respectful service. Also the pedicure was one of the worst pedicures I have had in my life, it was as if nothing was done. It was a simple pedicure, as I usually get spas pedicure and was willing to get a spa pedicure but wasn't even offered any options. Also I find it absolutely ridiculous that I spent $100 ~Brittany

This is a clean 7-11 inside and out. Being located in Glendale means no homeless/mentally unstable people out front, at least I've never encountered any. They have been out of several of my favorite items recently though - they never have any of the original Reese's Big Cups in stock anymore, they only have the kinds with potato chips or pretzels in them. They also never have any of the Cherry Dr Pepper or Mango Pepsi in stock which can be pretty frustrating. Other than those small issues everything else there is well stocked and the employees are polite and helpful. ~Kelly

Been coming here for over a year now and generally disappointed with the staff and service. There is almost never any paper towels or disinfectant spray throughout the entire gym. How does a gym not have these basic supplies?! The staff is often just gathered socializing at the front, very unprofessional. This gym is also usually overcrowded and has a very low selection of equipment. Not to mention that almost half the gym is blocked off exclusively for for personal training. I do not recommend this gym. I do have to mention that I’ve had a few great interactions with one of the personal trainers, Steven. Props to him. Seek him out if you want good training. ~Ramin

Frankie is the Service Manager here and you will never find a more knowledgeable and dedicated worker anywhere. This guy is exceptional and will do everything in his power to make sure your car is in perfect working condition. I think they should change the name to "Frankie's infiniti of Glendale"! ~Rick
