My experience was not ideal, I explained what I had on my nails (which I have been doing for years), she didn't want to listen and just said she knows nails. I asked her to explain Gel X vs hard gel, as I wanted to do either of them. She was very rude as I wasn't understand the different as she kept repeating this same thing over and over. She was rough, would grab my hand and pull it and push it down when it was not in the right position. Also the nails are so sharp on the edges I scratched myself. She was sloppy, I have white nail polish all around my fingers. My nails are SO THICK, I feel like I cannot even feel my nails. I would advice people to look elsewhere if they want good, respectful service. Also the pedicure was one of the worst pedicures I have had in my life, it was as if nothing was done. It was a simple pedicure, as I usually get spas pedicure and was willing to get a spa pedicure but wasn't even offered any options. Also I find it absolutely ridiculous that I spent $100

Doesn't honor appointment. If prior appointment comes even 30 minutes late, they will accept them and bump you when you show up on time without explanation. But they do good work.

I went there first time to get Gel x nails, which overall was not too bad but I was concerned about their cleanliness of tools. I did not see them pull it out of a new packaging and I am not sure if they use the same ones for every client and how often they clean them. However, the main problem came after when I wanted to get them removed. I called ahead of time because I do not live in the area and the receptionist told me that I do not need an appointment for removal and as long as I came before 6:20 pm, they would be able to remove them. So, I drove for 40 minutes due to traffic and arrived at around 4:30 pm (which is before 6:20pm). But when I walked in, they told me that they cannot remove them because they are booked back to back and they might have to stay after closing. I am not sure how that can happen given that the receptionist sees all of the appointments in the system. And if you know the salon gets that busy, then you should at least offer appointments for removal. So, then the receptionist told me to come back tomorrow in the morning / afternoon around 11 am but still did not give me an appointment. When I went there that day, the receptionist was not there but the workers told me that they are booked back to back again and that I should come back tomorrow AGAIN. That is just disrespectful of my time to assume that I have nothing to do but to drive back and forth every day to see if they are available or not. Very unprofessional, I'd rather take my business elsewhere and I'd recommend the same to others.

The staff named Dianne there is very very rude. When I was there last time Dianne got mad at me for not wanting to wait past my appointment time. She used all hard machine tools on my cubicles and got three of my nails bleed. I would never ever go back to that place again; it is a nightmare!

Both times I’ve been here, Van has done my nails and I love them. She is great and makes sure my nails short and perfect 👌.

Staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The shop was clean and well maintained. And my pedicure was awesome. Having severe arthritis in both hips, I have difficulty walking, lifting my feet in/out of the basin, etc. The nail tech was gentle, careful and very helpful getting my feet up/down. And for the price, I loved that it came with a foot/calf scrub & massage along with a hot towel applied. I would DEFINITELY return!

This place is terrible and rude. Don’t waste ur money I am myself a plus size person. All the people were rude, and gave me weird stares the lady who did my nails was rough and messed my natural nail the nails fell off in a week and the looked like they were popping off every where I go to get my nails done that had never happened. I wasted my money I’m telling u don’t make the same mistake

I love Richelly Nails! I have been there twice now and gotten great service. They take their time and do an excellent job on gel nails. They are friendly and hospitable, and even serve you a coffee or tea upon arrival. The Groupons they have are affordable and a great deal. I definitely found my new spot. Ask for Naine’, she does great.
