Your customer service representative Jason who works at Enterprize {Fort Dodge } is very condescending and always makes me feel very uncomfortable every time I call there or go inside to rent a car he calls me Miss Debbie and seems as he enjoys being that way and it’s so very uncomfortable in the past I’ve never had any problems with any car rental place and seems as he try’s to fina a way to be passive aggressive . I was going to leave this comment on Google and yelp as well but I just got the survey from you guys so I’m letting you know as well. He made me feel so uncomfortable I have no plans on ever renting from Fort Dodge Enterprize or Enterprize at all this is the second encounter I’ve had with Jason and both times he’s made me feel so uncomfortable. Almost like he’s doing it because I’m a dark Hispanic lady. I honestly hate throwing out the card but he makes me feel so very uncomfortable

Can someone please explain why the only car rental company in Fort Dodge is not open on the weekend? That is extremely inconvenient for airport customers and seemingly a loss of business opportunity for Enterprise. For the record I have not used enterprise for car service but I’d love to if they were open on the weekend.

Simple bait and switch. I ordered their "premium suv" 2 months in advance. The vehical class is sopost to be Chevy Suburban or Ford Expedition which was the size cargo space we needed and communicated this both at the time of the reservation and the day before pickup. I called the day before I was sopost to pick it up to confirm they had it, And they said they did. Of course its not there when in go to pick it up. Instead they try and give me a "Volkswagen crossover " and claimed its a "premium crossover" suv. The VW was small enough it could almost fit in the back of a Suburban. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH! I canceled the reservation with the 800# and the service rep said the exact same thing happened to her last month...and she's an employee. I guess the company is pulling this nonsense corporate wide. Beware of this place.

Got a free rental from here while my car was getting fixed. Getting the car was fine, the car was fine and I had no issues until I dropped it off. The guy working, Chase, tried to make me pay $250 detail fee because there was a little bit of dog hair that lingered in there over the week I had it. I own a dog that sheds and it’s going to get places. His response was “the hair carries allergens and I have to make sure it’s all cleaned out for the health and safety of other drivers, you know… And that’s our policy so it costs us to do it” actually I don’t care about any of that. I did nothing wrong and not paying for you being ridiculously nit picky. He should have asked me if I had a dog, not given me black seats in a car because of my dog and been more respectful about the entire situation. Vacuum the seats and put it back in your fleet. I would not recommend dealing with this chase guy. Rude and sneaky

Enterprise is one of the worst rental car companies out there. They didn’t warn us prior to getting to the office that they can only swipe your card once and then you need to use a different card in your name so I just wasted a day trip coming here. I had triple that amount of money in my bank account so there was no reason for denial of payment. The lady that was helping me was rude and her non verbals were downright disrespectful. They require a $300 security deposit even though I was told we didn’t need one as well why patronize those who don’t own a major credit card though? Shame on me for earning all my money that I have instead of borrowing it for interest.

We returned a car to this location. The representative was courteous, thorough and very explanatory. He made the experience pleasant, but the checkout process was much longer than expected.

Update. I received a call today from an Enterprise executive named David who told me their claim against me was dropped. He was very cooperative and gave me an opportunity to explain to him exactly what happened and how I think this problem can be avoided in the future. Thank you David for good customer service. My rating of your company has increased from one star to four stars based not just on the result of dropping the claim against me but also the fact that you provided to me an opportunity to explain the problem and offer a solution. Initial post Ignore this place at all cost. I had pictures to prove I did not cause the damage to their vehicle that was rented in des Moines and returned in fort Dodge and they still filed a claim against me even after I told them I had pictures I took of the vehicle before I left their lot in des Moines. They never asked to see my pictures until after the claim was filed. I asked them to send me copies of their pictures that showed the alleged damage to the vehicle and their rep refused. I was there for the final inspection and they told me everything was fine. I talked to them a second time and they told me everything was fine even though they had already filed unbeknownst to me a claim against me which they did not tell me about while I was standing there face-to-face with them next to the car. I will fight the claim and never pay a dime nor will I turn this claim into my insurance company as they suggested. I treated their car with kit gloves and even left my car out side overnight so their car could be inside my garage safe and sound when we arrived home. I contacted the office in des Moines and never got a satisfactory answer. I consider this incident serious enough to file a complaint against them to the Iowa attorney general consumer protection division. Never again. DR I emailed you my information so you can contact me back this afternoon.

Too bad there's no way to do a negative review. My mother just left a location within the last 2 hours. She WAS NOT given a key fob to start the car. The car was already running and they were able to get down the street before the car started dinging stating there was no key fob. My mother is an older lady and doesn't know anything about these new vehicles. She now CANOT start the vehicle as there is NO detected key fob. The location closed basically right after they left and customer service/roadside assistance is less than helpful! Very disappointing! How can someone leave an old lady stranded like this!! 0 STARS

Claire and Tammy are top notch! I've rented here MANY times and would never go anywhere else. They pick me up for my rentals just like the commercial says and are always in great spirits. They clearly love their jobs and working with the public. The car wash/maintenance crew is great here in Fort Dodge as well. The vehicles I've gotten are always clean and smell fresh. Bill even gave me a nice gift once to show his appreciation for my loyalty. Thanks Fort Dodge Enterprise!
