My brothers wife went in to get an oil change at $79. Was upcharged by saleswomen to the tune of $150. Called up the business about the upcharge and they were struggling to explain it wasn't an upcharge. When you go in for a oil change and get charged for a bunch of extras by offering to do -- thats an upcharge! Would not recommend. Service: Oil change

Called Kenna Auto they own Valvoline Express. Asked how much their full synthetic oil change was. Surprisingly their price I would pay for oil change at Kenna without coupon was same as I paid at Valvoline Express and I gave them an $11 coupon. Charged $11 more. Definitely will call around to get other prices!

Awesome job on everything and keeping me updated and told me what's been going on and did an overall amazing job! Will definitely be back! Friendly atmosphere too! Lisa was especially helpful as well along with all the other crew that was there!

Excellent service, friendly staff both on the phone (When I called with some questions) and in-person. I was more difficult than I meant to be since I wanted to leave my car and come back for it, but they were very helpful and didn't treat it like a problem at all. New favorite oil change spot!
