Staff here are great! Came from Chicago to get a pair of boots called so many other stores to hold the boots for me as they were a surprise not one store in colorado did except for this place & they were last in stock! Great customer service!

I haven't purchased shoes from Journeys in at least 10 years. Now I've purchased 2 pairs in 2 months due to J's customer service. I cant walk into this store without purchasing from him. Thanks for always taking care of me J.

I went in to return my uggs and they wouldnt let me because I supposedly needed a box? Here my reciept and return policy. Connie was going to do the exchange when Jalen advised her not to because there wasnt a box. So I showed her the return policy from Journeys and they told me the shoes were to worn to be returned.... 200$ down the drain... then they asked would i buy shoes that look like that? I said honestly if i had known you wouldnt have followed your OWN policy in print that prints ATLEAST 50x a day... i would have never special ordered them....

It's a shoe store. They were helpful but i didn't find anything i loved. They had puma, converses, about two pairs of osiris and one pair of DC shoes. They had more than just those brands but that's what i remember.

I didn't get the name of the guy helping us but we got a pair of kids shoes and a pair of women's and he was really helpful. He was patient even though we sent him to the back for more sizes more than a few times. We went to finish line afterwards for a different type of shoe and there was a big difference in the service
