Goodwill of the Great Plains
I shopped there today at 534 PM. I was going to pay for my purchases when the cashier (Jennifer) rang up the amount which should of came to $26 without any discounts. This was for 9 DVDs n 2 misc. Items. Then she told that the amount owed is $40. She said the $2 DVDs just got changed to $2.50 each. Total cost for DVDS should have been $20 not $34 which she was trying to charge me. Even with the other 2 items totalling up at only $6. (Even with a sign saying with a pay increase which there wasnt) from $2 to $2.50 for DVD's the total bill should have only been $32.50. This is the second time they have tried to overcharge me for merchandise. I am not saying not to shop there but I am saying to watch the prices and how much they ring up the prices and charge you for their merchandise. ~Kevin.
Great Clips
I have been a Great Clips customer for over a decade and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Whatever you do do not go to Nikki as she has a very condescending personality and will proceed to cut your hair without asking specifics before putting scissors to it. She's very fast and all she wanted to do was gossip and not focus on my hair that she has never cut before. She is a prime example of how age and experience won't give you a good haircut or customer service. Highly recommend to stay away from this hairstylist or this location Service: Hairstyling ~Jacob
Valvoline Express Care
Called Kenna Auto they own Valvoline Express. Asked how much their full synthetic oil change was. Surprisingly their price I would pay for oil change at Kenna without coupon was same as I paid at Valvoline Express and I gave them an $11 coupon. Charged $11 more. Definitely will call around to get other prices! ~Mark

I stopped in here with my son and my friend on 2/19/22. Ayren was the person working. He did an awesome job. I saw him answering the phone and assisting the people on the other end of the line, he was answering customer's questions in the store, going above and beyond to meet their needs and make sure their questions were answered. He was very kind, respectable and professional. ~Amber
Aspen Dental
Did my Invisalign through Aspen Dental, paid for that. Then they took my insurance info and part of my Invisalign appointment included a tooth cleaning. Then I get a bill for an additional $200 for a tooth cleaning. Feel like they could’ve notified me that my insurance didn’t cover the cleaning before doing it. Not clean my teeth then say nothing and bill me in the mail. I’m in college so the heads up for payment would’ve been appreciated before hand. ~Zach

I didn’t even have to step foot in this store to experience the kindest customer service I’ve had in quite a while. Angie, in the Fort Dodge location was AMAZING in helping me order exactly what my Mom wanted, and most importantly needs for her rehabilitation and comfort. Great service. Employee was keeping tables nice and clean. Our food was displayed in a very pretty way on our tray. I wish I had taken a picture because I've never seen that in a fast food restaurant before. The nuggets, fries, and burgers were lines up perfectly. I appreciated the big slice of tomato and fresh dark green lettuce on my burger. ~Elaine

Website does not work, closed when I went to pick up the meds I needed. Meds are insanely upcharged would recommend going anywhere else. ~Kolten

Since the new manager Hope took the store over it has gone from a store I stopped at at least once a day, to a store I’ll never stop at again! My wife works there and gets treated like dirt by her manager. Never have I heard of somebody getting their hours cut because of an injury they sustained at work , but that’s exactly what they did to her. I would rather shovel horse s##t for minimum wage than work at that store. Truly a sad situation that Casey’s allows their GMs to act the way this one does. Belittling employees, discussing employees HIPPA information openly to customers and other employees, calling my wife a " cripple “ because of her work restrictions that were put in place by a doctor are all unprofessional and childish as well as bullying behaviors! This Casey’s is an absolute joke as far as the way it is operated! It’s sheer irony that the manager’s name is Hope when this place doesn’t stand a chance with her in the captain’s seat! ~Daniel
