Was a walk in for an hour wait took 20 minutes then they did exactly what I wanted and I was out quickly nice friendly staff.

Went in there for a haircut last Monday, told hair dresser wanted 4" off all the way around. Did a partial job. She got in to way too much of a hurry did a lazy job. I go to Indianola great clips, they'll do a better job. When I brush my hair, seems she has cut my hair in the back way higher on the left side, right side lower. Fort Dodge better step up do there jobs right way not hurry be so lazy.

I have been a Great Clips customer for over a decade and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Whatever you do do not go to Nikki as she has a very condescending personality and will proceed to cut your hair without asking specifics before putting scissors to it. She's very fast and all she wanted to do was gossip and not focus on my hair that she has never cut before. She is a prime example of how age and experience won't give you a good haircut or customer service. Highly recommend to stay away from this hairstylist or this location Service: Hairstyling

Loved being able to check in online!! We were able to finish what we were doing and then head there when we got the text. We only waited in store for about 5 minutes before being called back. My teenage son got exactly what he wanted which is awesome considering he doesn't do the best about communicating what he is wanting.

I've waited about a week to see if my feelings changed, but they haven't. I came in veterans day to get a hair cut (paid) and the job was simple. A layered bob with face framing. I was taking off around 30 inches of hair. The lady was nice enough and I was just happy to get my quarantine hair cut off. Unfortunately, she butchered my hair. It's cut into uneven, massive chunks, the underside is super thinned and the hair around my face was left uneven and thick -- giving a weird dog ear effect. The hair under it was cut into chunks as well, some as short as the top of my ear. None of it was textured correctly, leaving everything with a blunt look that makes how uneven it is super noticable. I sincerely do not recommend this place if you have long hair and looking for a genuine change. I'm sure it's fine for upkeep or already short, older styles, but not for anyone seeking a clean new look. Service: Haircut

My Fiancé has gone here many times and I swear to god these stylists do not understand what a man’s fade haircut is because every time we ask for it they just shave his entire head, or when we show them pictures of the haircut he’s had before that he wants again, they simply just shave it. This has happened 4 TIMES now and it’s kinda ridiculous. I also went in once for a TRIM, and the stylist ended up cutting like 3 inches off due to my hair being curly/wavy and THEN gave me layers when I said I didn’t want any. I’m sure there are some amazing stylists that work here, but it seems that there are very very few. Service: Haircut
