I had to walk out. The environment was just embarrissing. Talking about "toxic relationships", and how many write ups they have. I couldnt listen to it anymore and I was only in there for 5 minutes. Service: Haircut

Dawn is the best. I went in there looking to get a hair cut, I wanted something different than my usual trim. I consulted with Dawn and told her to do what she thought was best. I was not disappointed! Brand new hairstyle, super short, super low maintenance exactly what I wanted. I was terrified to lose all my hair but it turned out fantastic! Will continue to go to her! Went in for a trim, tring to keep the long hair after 30 plus years. The lady snip/snip maybe six times on the back of my hair the snip/snip on the front maybe six time, then asked me if I wanted her to trim around the ears? Like Im the professional? After $17. Plus dollars, she said after sliding the card there is a option for tip! Well I felt obligated, and rounded the tip to $19 00 even. After arriving home my wife mention if my stylist clean my neck, with trimmers? Of course I said "No" went back the next day. They fixed it for free, however Again I felt obligated to pay something, gave $10.00 tip to the lady whom was very nice

Unfortunately our experience wasn't that great. Our Stylist Ashley not only did not smile once during our session she treated us as an inconvenience. She was not friendly to my 9 year old. After the initial trim she asked how I liked it and with my son's thick wavy hair you could see the stacking and lines, it did not look good. I asked to go a little shorter and she practically huffed out loud. After doing some more trimming she asked how I liked it and I said maybe a little more off the back and she replied that she hadn't done the back she had only done the one side because she had no desire to do 7 hair cuts tonight and wanted to make sure I liked it before doing any more. I was appalled. This is your job. You are in customer service. It literally took less than a couple minutes to go a little shorter. It took me longer to write this review. I can honestly say this is the first time in 20 years I have not tipped my stylist.

I went to to the one in marion and while I love this place I don't love the people that work there. I went in with my son to get his hair cut and the lady that cut his hair didn't seem to happy about her job and seemed very annoyed on how I wanted his hair cut and also she was not nice to him when cutting his hair. Next time I go there I will request not to have her!

Great staff. Friendly and I'm happy with my hair cut everytime. My info is saved so there's no question about how to cut my hair. Checking in online on the way there has saved me a lot of time. 👍👍
