I came in for my first time just a couple hours ago and i asked for a simple design for my senior prom. When i got home the paint was already chipping and the design was messy and very poorly done. I always go in to the store with my girlfriend, we buy scratchers and when I buy them and she is with me they NEVER ask for her ID….. tonight we went to get some pop and scratchers and she bought the pop and scratchers and the male clerk would not sell them to her because I did not have my ID…. Why is it different now? Inconsistent, and when I told the clerk she was buying them I wasnt he told me they “always” do that…. Well no you don’t because they NEVER do that when I buy them. Be more consistent or train your clerks better. 10:35pm was when we were in. ~Josue

I love this store! They have just about everything: books, greeting cards, gifts, games, dvds (movies, TV series), audio media including vinyls. You can also get a pretty good reimbursement when you sell your old books, games, and media here. ~Synona

I will not be getting my taxes done here again. They forgot to add a document which increased my refund by over $1,000 left me a voicemail about it and I could not get ahold of them for a month after they informed me. I ended up having to get into contact with corporate who finally got them to call me back. When I asked them when I should expect this additional money they told me it could take months because of their mistake. I should have just done my own taxes. ~Ciara

Love your store!! However, there are two issues that I would like to give you feedback on. 1) When the deli meat is sliced, can the blades and surfaces be wiped down so that the pepper from the prior meat sliced doesn't get mixed in with my request? I know it sounds petty, but I always have to look twice to make sure it is not bugs. 2) Could you please educate your employees how much change is due back to the customer instead of just looking at the screen? Numerous times I have been shorted changed even though I mention that I needed more money back. I just let it go because it's not worth it to keep other customers waiting. Thank you!! At first I was excited and the customer service was wonderful. They called me to let me know of specials, if I wanted a savings. Than between that time and now I had to change my view on this bank on 7th and the branch. The manager here was helping me with a dispute that didn't need to go through afterwards. I cannot recall her name, but she gave me no choice If I wanted a new debit card or not, Just canceled my card without giving me a choice. For a simple dispute? Paypal does this everday and never has to cancel or leave people without their money. It was the weekend and they are closed sunday, My only day off to do anything. Than when I decided since I am not going to be given a choice in the matter of my own money and choices regarding my money, I wanted to close my account. Cashed out & the attitude I recieved from this bank manager was autotune, dry and rude. Id much rather just go with money cards than to ever deal with banks again. ~Crystal-Lynn

If i could give this bank a - star I would. The….. worst bank to ever bank at and if anyone was smart they wouldn’t get any kind of loan from these crooks. Especially a home loan unless you want to be foreclosed on for there screw ups. ~Martin

Nice people but when I say the store is a mess. I mean that in the most serious way. You can barely shop. Every aisle is a complete disaster with stuff everywhere on the floor that you're tripping over cards with stuff on them that you're running into and when you go to the next aisle to think it could possibly get better. It's a whole new mess. After trying to find what I needed for about 20 minutes, I just pulled my car over and walked out. This store needs cleaned up like yesterday. ~Robin
