I will not be getting my taxes done here again. They forgot to add a document which increased my refund by over $1,000 left me a voicemail about it and I could not get ahold of them for a month after they informed me. I ended up having to get into contact with corporate who finally got them to call me back. When I asked them when I should expect this additional money they told me it could take months because of their mistake. I should have just done my own taxes.

I usually file on my own but this year decided to get help and I’m so happy I did (so much less stressful). Ruby helped me file today and she was amazing. She made the process quick and stress free! She was friendly and also patient with the little one I had with me.
