They were awesome. They had enough equipment to do what you needed to do. They really didn't have a weak pass to give out. But. But I worked out there 3 × 3 times with different people letting me try out the facility. I would definitely recommend having a membership here. ~Lloyd

Your customer service representative Jason who works at Enterprize {Fort Dodge } is very condescending and always makes me feel very uncomfortable every time I call there or go inside to rent a car he calls me Miss Debbie and seems as he enjoys being that way and it’s so very uncomfortable in the past I’ve never had any problems with any car rental place and seems as he try’s to fina a way to be passive aggressive . I was going to leave this comment on Google and yelp as well but I just got the survey from you guys so I’m letting you know as well. He made me feel so uncomfortable I have no plans on ever renting from Fort Dodge Enterprize or Enterprize at all this is the second encounter I’ve had with Jason and both times he’s made me feel so uncomfortable. Almost like he’s doing it because I’m a dark Hispanic lady. I honestly hate throwing out the card but he makes me feel so very uncomfortable ~Debbie
