Awful pedicure for 42$ … I been in this place 1 week ago. Master removed gel polish with my nail plates. She doesn’t know how to use that nail drill and how to remove gel polish right way. Few times I told her that it hurts me. She didn’t cut nails correctly and now these nails grows into the skin. I couldn’t say anything after pedicure because when I saw my nails on my feet I felt terrible n I started crying …. And now I’m afraid that my nails will never heal up. You can see how it looks like …

I went here because a friend of mine said it was a great place and her nails came out great but mine did not. Both pointer finger are way shorter than all my other nails and one of my thumbs is shorter than the other. Some nails are shaped differently but they only want to fix the big issue nails. I didn't have time to fix it the day of because I had work. I came back two days later because I work 12 hour shifts but they said I should have taken a picture the day it happen. Don't get dipped here and if they mess up your nails apparently take a picture. Will not come back here.

I had an appointment for the nail ombré and arrived couple minutes early. 1.Just when I was so frustrated waiting for 45 minutes and was about to leave, they called me to start the work! 2. Acrylic was so thick though I asked specifically for it to be thin and look natural. 3. The technician did not know I asked for an ombré and was leaving when she was done putting the pink gel and they had to remove it (although wasn’t necessary) and had someone else to redo the work! The result was nothing like an ombré and when I complained the receptionist told me the works I see online are all edits!!! 4. At last I had to pay $80 for a simple job that took almost 3 hrs for them!! They gave me 10% off for the wait when I said they should give me a discount for my time! Which totally was not enough or even considerable!! -Unexpected wait time -Receptionist and nail technician not being connected -Expensive -unprofessional -cuticles untouched

Every tech here is awesome. Mai, Tina, and Eric have all done my pedis and gel manicure. The gels last for about a month and look so gorgeous. They're all kind and accommodating and at a good price range in a nice place. Patience is a wonderful receptionist as well, always working hard for the techs and customers. Really appreciate the atmosphere here!

I recently moved to Glendale so I've been looking for a nail salon. Found this one on yelp and tried it out yesterday because all the reviews sounded great. Staff was friendly and the salon is decorated very nicely. Lots of polish colors to choose from. But unfortunately I was disappointed with mine. I had gel done and the results were 'lumpy' looking and a little messy on the edges. I'm sad because I spent $35 (with tip) and expected to get professional looking nails. I could have done this myself at home. I included some photos.

Saturday was my 1st visit. I really enjoyed the cozy feel. The place was small, but the staff was oh so nice. The salon was extremely clean. I had a fill done by a girl named Mary. She was very detailed and took her time. I really loved how she brought my nails back to life. Thank you Mary.... Wait down side of this place you pay for paking and if you not out in an hour you might get a ticket.
