Frankie is the Service Manager here and you will never find a more knowledgeable and dedicated worker anywhere. This guy is exceptional and will do everything in his power to make sure your car is in perfect working condition. I think they should change the name to "Frankie's infiniti of Glendale"!

Searched online for the new QX60, and this dealer oddly had almost 7x more cars than any Bay Area Infiniti dealers around me. I also had the pleasure working with Joseph Park, he understood we were serious and quickly worked out a deal. Bonus on top was that he even offered to pick us up at the airport once we agreed on terms (we flew down to pick up car), helped with pre-approval to make sure we weren't stuck with finance for too long and got us on our way knowing that we had a long commute home. A+ service! I initially spoke to others at this dealership which seemed to have more of a "too bad, there is a shortage environment" so you definitely can't go wrong with Joseph. If he is busy, just wait and he will reach out. He is a genuine and hardworking person with a great attitude that ultimately is looking to build that relationship than just close a sale. Diego in finance was also great, he got us in and out and explained the various warranty options without being pushy at all. Respected our final decisions and moved on with the rest of the paperwork.

If you're lucky enough, get some consistent service like Daniel & Frank. They have been god sent on more than one occasion. We have 2 infiniti vehicles and have been blessed to have the cars serviced & maintained by Glendale Infiniti. Thank you for always looking out for us... Even with the little things! My old 2009 car finally gave up on me. It was a hybrid and the replacement battery, plus continuous upkeep, would have been more expensive than just choosing a newer or used car. My brother-in-law found Glendale Infiniti online and they had a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport that was in very good condition. We spoke with Joseph Park and he walked us through the whole process. He even face-timed my brother-in-law so he could see/hear the engine and look at everything when I came in for the test drive. All throughout the purchase process, Joseph was friendly and open to anything we needed while answering any questions we had. Bought the car the same day as the test drive and will be taking it home! Thank you for your help, Joseph. You made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Bought stuff for my Infiniti G35. Had to wait for a while. People meaning workers. walking around not paying attention to their customers thought if I go in and purchase here then online I could get it faster. But more frustrating, waiting and waiting, seeing all these worker not helping or even just asking how we're doing and if we need help. Just because I'm only buying a part I'm not important YOU DON'T KNOW IF I'M GOING TO BUY A NEW ONE NEXT MONTH. MAYBE I'LL GO DOWN THE STREET AND BUY FROM LEXUS because they have good customer service

This dealer charges more than any other Infiniti dealer in La or OC for parts probably labor too- And “owner” don’t replay to this “We’re sorry to hear blah blah how can we fix it” you know how to fix - make your prices more competitive so ur customers don’t drive to another dealership- you can only skin a cat once

These guys are great to do business with! We flew in from northern Calif to buy the new QX60 and our sales guy Joseph Park picked us up right on time at the airport ! Had a good experience at this dealership. Made an appointment and was helped right away by service Advisor Ben. He explained all the work performed on my vehicle and asked my authorization before doing it. Ben was very clear on the cost of the services but the invoice i received didn't give me a complete breakdown like expected or at least it's not very easy to understand. The final cost was higher that you would probably pay at jiffy lube but i guess that's to be expected.
